4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

Adobe RT-CDP can ingest data from multiple sources and update a user profile within milliseconds.

This makes it ideal for personalization use cases like:

Dynamically updating segments every few seconds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

Adobe RT-CDP is one of the most expensive CDPs in the market. Also the setup is not plug n play. It needs significant engineering efforts to setup ingestion pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"very good tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

I’ve been using Adobe Real-Time CDP for a while, and overall, I find it to be a powerful tool for managing customer data. What I appreciate most is how it consolidates information from multiple channels into a single view, which makes it much easier to understand customer behavior and tailor campaigns accordingly. The interface is relatively intuitive, and the segmentation options are strong, giving me the ability to create highly targeted audiences quickly. I also value the real-time aspect—being able to activate customer data almost instantly across different platforms saves time and helps maintain consistency in messaging. Integration with other Adobe products is seamless, which makes it especially useful if you’re already in the Adobe ecosystem. The reporting and insights it provides have helped me make more data-driven decisions, and I feel like it gives me a competitive edge in building personalized customer experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

Despite its strengths, Adobe Real-Time CDP does have some downsides. One of the biggest frustrations is the steep learning curve; even though the interface is decent, mastering the platform takes significant time and training. It can feel overwhelming at first, especially for someone who doesn’t already have experience with Adobe tools. Another drawback is performance—sometimes the system can be slow when handling large volumes of data, which interrupts workflows. Pricing is another pain point; it feels like you’re paying a premium, and smaller teams might find it hard to justify the cost. I’ve also noticed that while integrations with Adobe products are smooth, connecting with third-party platforms isn’t always as straightforward. There can be limitations or the need for additional workarounds. Lastly, customer support could be more responsive; when issues arise, getting timely help isn’t always guaranteed, which adds to the frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful real-time customer data management with room for improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

Adobe Real-Time CDP makes it incredibly easy to unify data from multiple sources and create a single, reliable customer profile. The real-time capabilities are impressive, letting me activate audiences instantly and deliver personalized experiences across channels without delays. I also like how well it integrates with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud, which helps streamline marketing workflows and gives our team better insights into customer behavior. The interface is fairly intuitive, and the pre-built connectors save a lot of time compared to manual data handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Real-Time CDP?

While the platform is powerful, it does come with a steep learning curve, especially for new users without prior Adobe experience. Some of the reporting features feel limited, and it can take extra work to customize dashboards the way I’d like. It’s also resource-heavy, which means it sometimes runs slower with large datasets. The pricing is on the higher side, so smaller businesses may find it challenging to justify the cost. I’d also like to see even more out-of-the-box integrations with third-party tools to reduce reliance on custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
