I also appreciate the ability to build smart segments; this functionality enhances my understanding of customer insights, which is pivotal for targeted marketing strategies. What stands out the most for me is the real-time audience activation; I can send my audiences to emails and journeys, as well as integrate them into ad campaigns instantaneously, which is a tremendous advantage for keeping up with dynamic marketing demands. Accessibility, you really don't leave much to be an ambivert about for this platform and I for one appreciate the succinct nature of it all. So kudos to you and the team. Nothing specific comes to mind, sure there are some teething problems when getting thigs setup but once it's done it just runs smoothly... Comparing to others in the market it is one with (at least how I see it) the lowest bar for entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Adobe Real-Time CDP solving and how is that benefiting you? I used to have to trawl CRM for specific insights, load the data else where then supplement it from different departments but you know CDP, it does the leg work for me so I can concentrate on shifting out sentiments and trends instead of searching for them. It does what it advertises to do there is not a whole much else to it, and honestly in this market it's refreshing to know exactly what you're getting yourself into.
