What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro?

Premiere consistently is becoming buggier. With each update, it seems like the program becomes less stable. I recently underestimated my hours on a project by nearly 200 hours due to constant crashes. It would take premiere several starts and 30--45 minutes just to load the project's media. This is a huge loss in revenue as the project was bid as a flat rate. Though Adobe is adding cool features, they seem to be releasing editions that are not fully tested and ready. When asking Adobe for support, they seem to only point us to the forums, leading to hours of searching, yielding only more frustrated people with the same problems.
