## Adobe Photoshop Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful, Customizable Photoshop—But Subscription Cost and Performance Can Be Tough

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

It is a professional software for graphic creation, image processing, and preparing files for print. You can define a document’s workspace in RGB, CMYK, or grayscale, set color profiles, and select the ones you need for printing. It also includes a native Export for Web option for saving lightweight images. The interface is customizable, with both light and dark themes, and it’s available in multiple languages. The color-editing tools work very well overall, from curves to white balance, and the selective color correction is especially useful. It’s also very widely used, so it’s easy to find free online resources—such as brushes, styles, and specific shading—that you can use in Photoshop.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

This software is expensive compared to other products in the same category. It’s only available through a recurring subscription, and there’s no option to buy a permanent license.
It also no longer includes the integrated Pantone library (older versions had it built in). On top of that, it can feel a bit heavy and slow when handling complex, large files, especially on low- or mid-range PCs.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for edits such as adjusting white balance, color, and contrast; removing elements; and reconstructing parts of an image with the clone stamp function. I also resize and crop images by setting specific dimensions or DPI. It’s a useful tool for photo retouching and general image editing, and I also use it to create new graphics. Overall, it helps me prepare files to send to print.

 ### 2. Powerful Photo Editing and Creative Tools for Stunning Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian B. | Customer Service Associate, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I love the features it has to create amazing works of art, fixing imperfections on photos, adjusting colors to make them more vibrant, and bringing life back into other types of images. The icons are fairly recognizable and straightforward. The software can work quickly and efficiently, depending on the age of the computer running it. The pricing is a bit steep for nonprofessionals, but paying for the whole Creative Suite for a job is more cost-efficient. While I like the new AI's ability to create images with simple words, I prefer to make my own images by hand.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

It can be confusing and frustrating to beginners, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. The best advise to take it slow, watch tutorials, and take classes.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unknown to me.

 ### 3. Photoshop Delivers Detailed Image Editing and average AI Tools

Photoshop allows for a more detailed method of editing images. More so than other Adobe products like Express or InDesign. The Ai portion is getting better, though it's still not perfect.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Like most Adobe products, Photoshop is not user-friendly for someone just starting out. Even as an experienced user, there are still countless options available on Photoshop that I have no idea exist or how to use them because it's just not user-friendly.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier and easier to touch up images, remove backgrounds and edit photos.

I really love using Adobe Photoshop for my creative projects because it provide strong tools I need for designing and editing photos. Offer great AI features and simple interface that is easy to use for both new users and professional.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

If there’s one thing I don’t like, it’s the learning curve when using Photoshop Oil. If you’re a new user, it can feel a bit difficult at first, but once you understand how to use Photoshop, you can do just about anything with it.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photoshop lets me create or edit a logo exactly the way I want, with full control over how it looks.

 ### 7. Versatile Features, Ideal for Professional Graphic Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** E. “Phil” P. | Video Production Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I really appreciate having a LOT of features at my disposal in Adobe Photoshop. I can do things like create 3D text and use layers for that effect, and creating transparent layers is incredibly easy. It gives me a more professional layout using unique looks, which really benefits my work in graphic arts for video production and my music label. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

I could use a more effective drawing tool so it can look like I drew on paper. A more humanistic use of shadow in drawings.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop gives me a more professional layout with unique looks and has a lot of features at my disposal. I can create 3D text, use layers effectively, and create transparent layers with ease.

 ### 8. Adobe Photoshop: Complete Control from Simple Edits to Complex Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan Liberan C. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Adobe Photoshop is still the most powerful image editing tool out there, and what I like most is how much control it gives me over every detail of an image. Layers, masks, blend modes, Smart Objects, selections – you can literally shape visuals exactly how you want them. I also really appreciate how useful Photoshop is for practical, everyday creative tasks, not just “advanced art.” I use it for mockups, posters, product images, social media visuals, and general design tweaks. Photoshop has great Customer support.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

I don’t really have major complaints about Photoshop, but there are a few things worth mentioning. Photoshop is extremely powerful, which also means it comes with a learning curve – it can feel overwhelming for beginners compared to simpler tools. The subscription model may not suit everyone, especially more casual users, even though the software itself absolutely justifies its capabilities. Apart from that, it’s honestly a rock-solid, professional tool that does what it promises.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve created over 100 mockup videos and product visuals for my Etsy listings, and Photoshop has been reliable for every step of the process from start to finish.. Photoshop helps me handle all kinds of creative and visual design work in one place. I use it for creating marketing visuals, posters, mockups, product images and social media graphics, and it solves the problem of needing multiple different tools for different editing levels. When I need precision work with layers, masks, blending, retouching or Smart Objects, Photoshop simply gives me full control. It also fits well into my workflow, because I can easily export and organize files with Dropbox and combine Photoshop work with assets I prepare in other tools like Canva. Overall, it saves me time, keeps the quality professional, and gives me confidence that whatever design task I face, Photoshop can handle it.

 ### 9. A Design Powerhouse, Needs Layout Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rayma B.

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I use Adobe Photoshop for editing photos, creating portrait invites, and digital products. It's a very useful tool for every designer. It helps me focus on my vision, especially in solving complex typography and font structure issues. I find it very helpful and easy to use with amazing features. I enjoy creating challenging lighting effects, which make my designs more professional. The installation is easy for both Windows and Android, with simple step-by-step setups.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Some features need to be added for enhancing better layout, like color corrector and object selector according to the boundary of that object point to point.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop helps me edit photos, create invites and digital products, solve complex typography issues, and focus on my creative vision.

 ### 10. Adobe Photoshop: The Gold Standard for Easy, Powerful Photo Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Adobe Photoshop is the daddy of all photo-editing software, and for good reason. It has always been easy to use for beginners and professionals alike, letting you handle basic tasks without much effort while still offering more robust tools when you want to get into the nitty-gritty of it all.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

It does move things around quite a bit, so after updates you may find that the paint can/fill tool has been moved somewhere else, or that some filters have disappeared entirely.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It isn’t so much about solving a specific problem; it allows me to create graphic design projects with a different look and feel, thanks to the bitmap (rather than vector-based) artistry compared with a program like Illustrator.

 ### 11. Essential for Graphic Designers, Easy Setup But Complex Mastery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I use Adobe Photoshop for all my graphic design needs with photos. I appreciate being able to manage photo sizes, save as JPEG or TIFF, and adjust images with lighting and shadows. It is fast and easy to use, which is crucial for my work when I need to adapt images to specific formats quickly, whether they're very small or large. The initial setup is easy, although learning it can be complex.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Perhaps make masking easier to understand and use. Otherwise the software is very good. It's easy to setup, but learning it is complex.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Photoshop for all graphic design needs, solving photo manipulation issues quickly. It lets me manage photo sizes, adjust lighting, and save in different formats efficiently for various projects.

 ### 12. Making pixels behave since forever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinno L. | Brand & Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Its versatility and powerful layer tools make editing easy and creative.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

It still needs better AI results, and it’s something you notice pretty quickly when using it.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me edit photos, clean up images, and create designs all in one place, which saves me time and makes my work look more polished.

 ### 13. Powerful Creative Control with Adobe Photoshop’s Pro Editing Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roji Kurian I. | UI UX Designer, Media Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I like Adobe Photoshop most for its powerful image editing and retouching tools that give complete creative control.
Its layer-based workflow and precision tools make it ideal for professional design, photo manipulation, and visual storytelling.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I dislike about Adobe Photoshop is the steep learning curve, especially for beginners.
It can also feel resource-heavy, slowing down performance on less powerful systems.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop solves the problem of limited creative control in image editing by offering advanced tools for precise manipulation, retouching, and compositing.
This benefits me by allowing me to create high-quality, professional visuals that meet exact design and branding requirements efficiently.

 ### 14. Content Aware: A true Game-Changer for Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreya B. | Editor, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I find Adobe Photoshop incredibly useful for editing and enhancing photos, particularly with its Content Aware fill feature. This tool helps removing unwanted objects easily and detail-oriented, especially in complex backgrounds. I also rely on the rectangular tool, Lasso tool, and brush for cleaning and redrawing comics bubbles. Adobe Photoshop's capabilities truly feel like a game changer for my work.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

It takes a lot of space and crashes on low RAM like 4 GB. So it would be better if it can work perfectly on low RAM or low budget laptop too. I had to extend RAM or buy a new laptop within some days just to run Adobe Photoshop smoothly. The initial setup is a little bit hard and confusing for beginners. I had to watch a lot of YouTube tutorials to learn it, and I'm still learning.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop helps me edit and enhance photos by removing unwanted texts and objects using content-aware fill, which is a real game changer for me. The tools like rectangular tool, lasso tool, and brush help me clean and redraw bubbles.

 ### 15. Precision Mastery Meets Creative Freedom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

What stands out the most about Adobe Photoshop is its absolute precision and control. Unlike simpler editing apps, Photoshop gives me pixel-level mastery over an image. Its robust layer and masking systems let me isolate, tweak, or completely transform any detail of a project without permanently altering the original file. If I can visualize it, the tools are there to build it perfectly. Beyond the core editing tools, Photoshop's biggest strength is its seamless ecosystem integration. It syncs perfectly with other creative applications, allowing me to drop a Photoshop file directly into another design project, with any changes updating automatically. It handles hardware beautifully; when paired with a drawing tablet, the pressure sensitivity and brush tracking feel incredibly natural, making digital work feel like physical art. The massive online library of custom brushes and plugins lets me customize the software to fit my work style exactly. The initial setup is also incredibly quick and user-friendly, handled through a simple step-by-step installer.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The biggest downside to Adobe Photoshop is its heavy resource consumption, which frequently causes lag, freezing, or random crashes on standard computers dealing with large, multi-layered files. Additionally, the software has a steep learning curve due to a crowded interface packed with decades of complex tools, making it incredibly overwhelming for beginners to navigate. Finally, Adobe's strict subscription-only pricing model means you never truly own the software, forcing users to pay a continuous monthly fee just to access their own archived project files.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop fixes bad shots, removes creative limits, and saves time with AI. It cleans up images, allows combining elements without destroying files, and uses Generative Fill to handle tedious editing quickly.

 ### 16. Powerful and Reliable Tool for High-Quality Design Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc S. | Office Manager / Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I like most about Adobe Photoshop is the level of control it gives me in refining visuals. From color correction to detailed edits, it helps me produce polished, presentation-ready graphics that align with our design standards.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Some features can feel overly complex for simple tasks, and the interface can get cluttered when working on multiple projects. It can also be resource-intensive, which occasionally affects performance.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photoshop helps streamline the process of editing and preparing visuals for presentations, marketing, and client deliverables. It allows me to quickly make adjustments, improve image quality, and ensure everything meets our design standards, saving time and improving overall output quality.

 ### 17. Unmatched Power and Flexibility for Creative Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pravin P. | Operations Lead - Data & Digital | DPO, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Adobe Photoshop is powerful and flexible, it is for creating high-impact visual content. It’s basically the industry standard photo editing software. Photoshop helps me with ad creatives, landing page visuals, social media graphics, or image optimization for campaigns. The level of control over images, layers, typography, and effects is unmatched, which is crucial when you’re constantly testing creatives and need pixel-perfect results. My job role has digital side where I need to create email templates almost daily in which photoshop helps me with its AI features. The learning curve is quite steep but once you get the idea, it is then easy to use. Never really needed their customer support as the software itself is self explanatory with their pop up suggestions/tips.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The learning curve is steep, performance can be heavy on large files, and the subscription pricing feels expensive if you don’t use advanced features daily.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest challenge being in marketing and advertising industry was to have crystal clear images for digital campaigns, Photoshop does it well. You get the highest quality images in various formats you need. Also their generative model is too accurate with creating imaginary scenes.

 ### 18. Perfect to design Product Images, Mockups, Artworks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parmanand J. | Frontend Developer, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I have been a Photoshop user since 10 years, and it's perfect for designing our product images, mockups, and artworks, which is very helpful for me

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The AI feature is not good, as expected. Adobe should replace Restabase with a vector-based. It would be more helpful for the user

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this for my product-based company to create artwork mockup and A+ images for the ecommerce marketplaces.

Without this, I can sell any single product in an e-commerce marketplace

 ### 19. Easy Asset Creation with AI-Powered Image Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

It’s easy to create, develop, and modify assets using the different tools in its arsenal. It’s been really useful for enhancing visuals and creating GIFs, which has enriched the content of my emails. I especially like the AI features, since they can generate images from just a few words and help support the creative process.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The introduction of generative credits for using their AI features is a bit frustrating, and the processing of creations can sometimes be delayed.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me create business assets that I use for email and removes the need for constant back-and-forth with the design team. With these tools, I can easily create and adjust images myself, which saves me time and cuts down on communication. The easiness of downloading the assets make it a perfect tool.

 ### 20. Powerful Editing Tools and AI Features Make Photo Work Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghayak K. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I find the Shortcuts feature very useful. The way the features are implemented lets you edit photos while preserving the original image, so you avoid the hassle of repeatedly using the undo function. Masking effects make editing and color grading straightforward, and there are plenty of ways to modify text as well. The AI features are also a big help. There are countless options for manipulating your photos, and the background removal tool works very well too.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The new Image Upscale feature could use some improvements. Because Photoshop does not utilize the dictionary photo for editing, the file size keeps increasing, which can cause the system to hang or lag if it is not managed properly.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe is essential for editing pictures I use in brochures. One of the features I rely on most is the ability to edit PSD files in Photoshop and which is imported into other Adobe software, which really makes my workflow smoother and more efficient. I mainly turn to Adobe for photo editing and poster design. The software offers an extensive array of options, making it possible to edit and manipulate photos to fit any client request.

 ### 21. Essential, Powerful Tool with an Excellent Generative Expand Feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rowan W. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

It's an essential part of my workflow and a powerful tool. The new generative expand feature is excellent for extending images beyond the captured frame.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Because it's such a powerful tool, it can take a while to get used to using it and learning what is possible. I've paid for courses and routinely still have to use youtube in order to work out how to solve a problem.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photoshop helps me to create 2:3 portrait images when I have only taken a landscape image.

 ### 22. Intuitive UI, Powerful AI Features, and Seamless Adobe Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramanpreet S. | Software Developer Tech Marbles , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

What i like about adobe photoshop is its intuitive UI/UX paired with powerful performance, seamless integrations with other adobe tools, and AI-driven features that speed up workflows making it worth the pricing and strong ROI and sold onboarding support.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

While Adobe Photoshop is incredibly powerful, it can feel a bit complex for beginners at first.

Adobe Photoshop solves the challenge of creating and editing high-quality visuals with precision, helping streamline design work flow through powerful tools, integration and AI features ultimately saving time, improving productivity and delivering professional results.

 ### 23. Powerful, Flexible Editing with Time-Saving AI Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Photoshop is incredibly powerful and flexible. The layer system, masking capabilities, smart objects, and advanced selection tools give full creative control. The AI-powered features like Generative Fill and background removal, have significantly reduced editing time.

It’s also industry standard, which means compatibility is never an issue. Whether it’s web graphics, product mockups, ad creatives, or detailed photo retouching, Photoshop handles everything reliably.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

The learning curve is steep, especially for beginners. The interface can feel overwhelming at first. It’s also resource-heavy. On larger files with multiple layers, performance can slow down unless you’re using a well-equipped system. The subscription pricing model may not be ideal for occasional users who don’t need it daily.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photoshop helps us create high-quality marketing visuals, website banners, product images, and branded assets. It solves the problem of precise editing and creative flexibility. Instead of relying on multiple tools, everything from color correction to advanced compositing can be done in one place. For client work, it allows pixel-perfect control, which improves presentation quality and overall brand perception.

 ### 24. Feels Like Magic: Powerful Generative Fill, fast Workflow and My favorite app.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I love that I can pretty much do anything I imagine. If I have a messy background in a photo, the Generative Fill tool swaps it out in seconds. It feels like magic. Also, once you learn where the buttons are, the workflow is actually really fast.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Pricing —I wish I could just buy it once. It also uses a ton of my computer's memory.
If I have too many layers open, my laptop gets slower.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Photoshop,
We struggled to make my social media posts look professional. Now, I can touch up skin, fix lighting, and remove distractions easily. It saves me time because I don't have to retake photos.

 ### 25. "Powerful and Reliable Tool for Professional-Grade Image Editing"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth S. | Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Photoshop offers an exceptional level of control for image editing and graphic creation. I particularly like how powerful the layer system, masking tools, and smart objects are. The software handles everything from basic retouching to advanced compositing with precision. Its integration with other Adobe apps also makes my workflow smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Photoshop is resource-heavy, and it can feel slow on mid-range systems. Some tools have a learning curve, especially for beginners. Also, the subscription pricing can be a bit high for users who only need a few core features.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photoshop helps me handle all types of editing tasks in one place—photo retouching, color correction, image manipulation, social media creatives, and even some basic video editing. It saves time because I no longer need multiple tools for different tasks. **What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

Photoshop is extremely versatile and reliable for anything related to visual creation. For my creative and event work, it is the most complete and stable tool.

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I think Adobe Photoshop is a great tool for complex design and photo editing. I appreciate that I can design and target on details. I like how I can control my own style in a way that AI tools can't do right now. The setup was easy; I just downloaded it from the app.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

Adobe Photoshop is a powerful design tool, but even though I've been using it for years, there are still many features I'm not quite familiar with. I have ideas, but it takes time to visualize them. Recently, I use Figma more than Photoshop because the learning curve is low. We don't use Photoshop too frequently as it costs time.

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I like best about Adobe Photoshop is its incredible versatility and precision when it comes to editing and creating visual content. Whether I’m making minor touch-ups or working on complex graphic compositions, Photoshop gives me complete control over every detail. The wide range of tools—from layer masks and smart objects to advanced selection and retouching features—allows for both creativity and technical accuracy. It’s a professional-grade platform that consistently delivers high-quality results, no matter the project.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I dislike about Adobe Photoshop is that it can be overwhelming for new or casual users due to its steep learning curve and complex interface. While the advanced tools are powerful, they often come with a level of complexity that requires time, training, or experience to use effectively. Additionally, it’s a subscription-based software, which can be costly over time—especially for users who don’t need the full range of features on a regular basis.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop solves the problem of creating and editing high-quality images and graphics with precision and flexibility. It enables me to transform raw photos into polished visuals, design compelling graphics, and bring creative ideas to life that would be difficult or impossible with simpler tools. This capability benefits me by allowing professional-level editing and creative control, improving the quality of my work, and helping me produce visually engaging content efficiently for projects, marketing, or presentations.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct integration of AI tools like Nano Banana and Topaz Gigapixel. When Adobe has the best editor, they aren't going to also have the best AI engines. Staying within one program and not having to save files to jump back and forth not only speeds the process but also saves on file planning/maintenence, but also saving from image degradation.

 ### 44. Unmatched Flexibility and Industry Standard for Creative Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Godwin Oche O. | Graphic Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I like most about Adobe Photoshop is how flexible it is. No matter what kind of project I’m working on, photo editing, branding, social graphics, or more detailed design work, it gives me the tools to create exactly what I’m imagining. I love how intuitive it feels once you get the hang of it, and how quickly I can move from an idea to something polished.

The combination of layers, smart objects, and all the retouching tools makes it really easy to experiment without feeling like you’re going to mess something up. And honestly, I appreciate that it’s such an industry standard, sharing files and collaborating with other creatives is just smoother because everyone knows Photoshop.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

What I dislike about Adobe Photoshop is that it can feel heavy and slow at times, especially when I’m working with really large files or multiple artboards. Some tools are also buried under layers of menus, so it takes a bit of digging to find what I need.

**What problems is Adobe Photoshop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Photoshop solves a lot of the everyday challenges that come with graphic design, and it really streamlines my workflow. Whether I’m retouching images, building visuals from scratch, or prepping assets for different platforms, Photoshop gives me the flexibility and control I need.

It handles everything from detailed photo editing to more creative work like compositing and digital painting, so I’m not constantly jumping between different tools. The precision it offers, layers, masks, smart objects helps me work faster and keep things organized, especially when projects change last minute (which they usually do).

 ### 45. The Ultimate Creative Tool with Room for Performance Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Interaction Content Designer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?**

I love the Content Aware feature, Generative Fill, Background Removal, Quick Selection tool, and the Magic tool in Adobe Photoshop. The new AI feature just makes it a perfect blend. As a Graphic Designer, the background removal feature is very valuable to me because I need to include multiple images into one design. The Quick Selection tool is handy for quickly selecting over an image background. Also, the AI integration into Photoshop has been a lifesaver as it helps make my design work faster. Switching from Paint to Adobe Photoshop was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?**

First thing is the performance. After having so many files open at the same time, Photoshop can begin to lag or even crash, which can be frustrating. Also, I would love to see how Photoshop can better suit UX design. I'm also a UX Designer and love using things like Autolayout, wireframing and other UX design tools... but Photoshop is quite restrictive, so it's hard to use sometimes.... It's 2026, we should be looking to be more versatile.
