What I like most about Adobe Photoshop is the huge range of features and the creative freedom it gives me. I can adjust colors, manipulate backgrounds, and bring almost any idea to life. The possibilities feel nearly limitless, especially once you’re comfortable with the tools.
From brushes and fonts to more advanced options like the Blur Tool and Clone Stamp, Photoshop includes everything I need to edit and create at a high level. When you learn to use the tools effectively, you can shape almost anything into what you’re imagining. That flexibility and sense of creative control are what make Photoshop stand out to me. What I like least about Adobe Photoshop is that its extensive feature set can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. With so many tools and options available, it’s not always clear where to begin, and navigating efficiently can take time.
The interface also feels very dense and, in some ways, a bit outdated or “industrial” in its design. I understand that this is partly a result of the software’s complexity and power, but a more modern, streamlined, and minimalistic interface would improve usability and make it easier to find what you need.
Even after customizing workspaces to simplify the layout, the sheer number of panels and features on screen can still feel like too much at once. Striking a better balance between functionality and a cleaner, more intuitive design would make the overall experience more approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
