There are so many pdf solutions in the market but using adobe is special because of the software feature and recognition. not only that also have good customer support. they have features for include e-signature and password protection methods which use by management levels especially. The finance department uses pdf and other features like converting excel and word because they mostly use excel files and word files are used for their internal processes. most of the internal systems generated pdf files when users want to save the files. It's really easy and useful when compressing data to a file and email to users. when emailing information to other users, sending a pdf is more secure than other files because they cannot edit or omit details. Adding a comment is also a valuable feature because after editing fields users can add comments to the documents. the other thing is the document clouds, if you are having an adobe account you can store in the cloud and use it later. you don't need to store it on local hardware. and users can share it with several users so they can see what the document includes and edit it online.
