The text recognition software helps us go from a scan to immediately editing the text on the page within Adobe Acrobat editor. We use the Protect function when emailing files with sensitive data. It's simple and effective. The Adobe Sign function is widely used both inner-office and externally. The numerous emails it generates can be cumbersome, but it does help with tracking. There are ways to get fewer email notifications based on Adobe Sign activity, but overall I believe it's worth it. The Adobe Scan app easily syncs pictures taken with the Scan app on a phone, and sends it right to the Adobe cloud on our computers, which saves us from more cumbersome methods of quickly getting things like receipts on the computer. **What do you dislike about Adobe PDF Pack?** The desktop Adobe app itself often requires restarting as it tends to freeze or lose portions of its functionality after a while.
