While I'd say it works 90% of the time, files I send from other Adobe programs in the suite fail to transfer over, and I find myself having to "send" the file more times than I would like. I like that Adobe Media Encoder CC is dynamically linked to Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, so I can export a video without an intermediate stage, to the desired format. The platform performs well, I haven't had many hiccups or errors with it. I would say the only issue I ever run into is codec problems when updating Adobe Premiere Pro.
