The initial setup process was pretty straightforward, and we barely faced any hiccups. This ease significantly reduces the time and effort required to get started, which I find extremely beneficial. Additionally, Adobe Marketo Engage has made it possible for me to target and reach the correct Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), solving a major issue I faced in customer acquisition. The platform's ability to enable precise targeting for customer acquisition is a standout benefit. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, which is why I would rate my likelihood to recommend Adobe Marketo Engage to a friend or colleague as a perfect 10 on 10. When new features are finally added, they appear to be half-baked, compromising the overall quality and utility of the product. The user interface remains outdated, diminishing user experience. The new email developer feature is broken, and instead of fully addressing the issues, there are mere recommendations for Band-Aid fixes. Additionally, the product no longer feels like the powerful tool it once was and seems to be in a state of decline. Furthermore, the initial setup process is notably challenging; it cannot be done independently without involving someone from marketing operations, IT, or a specialist partner.
