InDesign’s price point and value maybe best suited for larger companies.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

What I dislike about InDesign While the basics are easy enough to pick up, navigating through complex functionalities can be challenging for beginners. Another downside is the subscription model, which can be expensive for casual users or freelancers who don’t need it frequently.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InDesign excels at handling multi-page documents, such as magazines, books, and brochures, allowing for precise control over text, images, and graphic elements. It saves time and ensures high-quality results, especially for large-scale projects.

 ### 6. Adobe Creative Cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya Y. | Digital Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

I like the semless integration between the app like Photoshop and illustrator.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

The subscription pricing is bit expensive for individual users or small business.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe creative cloud provides the essential creative tools, integrates seamlessly accross the apps.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

Higher price point is the only drawback it has rest it is a complete package for graphic designers.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a collective of all the softwares required in graphic designing connected to each other and and also includes AI like adobe firefly for automations in images and image generation with prompts

 ### 8. Powerful Design Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phelan M. | Strategy & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

Adobe Creative cloud is an amazing tool for creatives, it allows you to edit, create and update a variety of images, illustrations, media in a plethora of different ways. The possibilities are endless as to all the features and functionaility of each software within the creative cloud.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

It can be quite complex to learn how to use all the tools and features on each of the apps as there is an endless possibility of things you can do. It is less intuitive than other simplier tools, usually requiring some kind of tutorial or video to explain how to action specific changes. It can also be quite expensive for independant designers who need to use multiple tools.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Abode Creative Cloud for design and photography editing, Indesign is great for generating documents and photography books where as Photoshop is for resizing and editing images, desigining posters and prints.

 ### 9. A Powerful Resource - High Cost but Sadly Essential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Production manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

It is an all-in-one system for designing graphics, video, audio, and web elements. You have access to fonts, stock photos, templates, and more. It's completely essential to working graphic designers, photographers, and those needing to produce digital or print materials.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

While it is helpful to have a toolset this powerful, Cloud has a stranglehold on the industry and nearly a monopoly on the graphic design industry. When you are dealing with large books, magazines, etc. there are no other acceptable choices, which means you have to pay what ever Adobe asks, which is a lot.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud makes it so you have one environment that your team can be in where you don't have to worry about different desperate file formats or lack of communication between applications. Everything just works. In most apps, you can cut and paste between formats, so you can cut and paste from Illustrator to Photoshop or InDesign, and it just works. Everything will have the same Font set, and it will use (mostly) the same shortcut keys. It is ideal for creating streamlined workflows for making digital, print, audio, video, etc.

 ### 10. The collection for Creativity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinakar V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

It comes as a Suite of products that solves most of the creator and graphic designer needs. The tool is advanced in capabilities and reaching the market expectations in most of the scenarios and following the trends.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

I personally feel the cost of the product is slightly higher for a person who makes an earning out of it as a part time work, Adobe should surely think about free alternative which might probably have restricted features but Adobe express is not something thats the alternative i would suggest for sure as an answer.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps in designing, editing, video creation, colour correction, graphic intensive work, 3D modeling, brochures, collaterals etc. In the world of so many tools this tool certainly comes handy to pick whatever creative field you're in.

 ### 11. CC is the best way to access the adobe suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben P. | Senior Client Success Manager / Head of Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

Ever since CC launched as a subscription service I've been with them, really happy with how the pricing now works gaining access to all of the adobe products, not just some. Adobe is the industry standard and for that reason there are other other options; however so far they're not as good.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

The price can be expensive at first in comparison to something like Canva - however there is really nothing quite the same and for that reason the pricing is attainable. If anything it would be awesome if it were slightly cheaper.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High-end production of design and creative solitions for an array of tasks. Where other products simply offer templated solutions or allow it to be an open canvas without great UI - Adobe makes it really simple and easy to work out great ways to design things.

 ### 12. Great programs if you keep up with the updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason R. | Sr. Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

I've used CC for so many years that I'm really comfortable with the programs. They haven't taken some time to catch up to other programs I used years ago but now they're up to par.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

I hate that you can only get it with a subscription now. Especially for poor college students. It was great when you could just buy a disk and use that forever but now they're obsolete and you have to pay a subscription. That makes it very hard for struggling creatives to have the tools they need. Sometimes they need to turn to free versions.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have all the tools I need to create vector art, as well as edit photos then combine them all into one document using InDesign. XD is super slick for creating web assets and social graphics.

 ### 13. An All In One Backpack Of Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kushagra G. | Social Media Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

Imagine having a magic toolbox with endless possibilities! Adobe Creative Cloud is that toolbox. It offers a variety of creative applications, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, each with superpowers of its own.
But here's the real magic: these apps talk to each other! They seamlessly share files, making it a breeze to create stunning graphics, videos, and more. Plus, you can store your design elements, like logos and colors, in Creative Cloud Libraries for quick access ,a real time-saver

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

The only downside is the subscription cost. While it's worth every penny, it might not be pocket-friendly for everyone. Also, some Adobe apps, like After Effects, can be a bit like learning a new language. Simplified tutorials for beginners would be fantastic.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Creative Cloud swoops in like a superhero whenever I face creative challenges. Need a logo for a client? No problem! Want to edit a video masterpiece? Adobe's got my back. The best part? I can work from anywhere with cloud storage. Collaboration is a breeze, even with tight deadlines. No more worrying about losing your work – it's all safely stored in the cloud.
Thanks to Adobe Creative Cloud, my work looks professional, and opportunities have flooded in. Efficiency is my middle name now, thanks to easy access from any device. Plus, I'm always rocking the latest app versions. In a nutshell, Adobe Creative Cloud is your ticket to the creative big leagues, with a few quirks that you'll soon forget about. If you're serious about making your creative dreams come true, jump on board and let Adobe Creative Cloud be your artistic sidekick!

 ### 14. Adobe Creative Cloud - Still Relevant?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Information Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

The best things about ACC (Adobe Creative Cloud are the the variety and quality of creative software available in just one package. The software is updated frequently and automagically, and you have access to stock artwork, models, fonts and collaboration software as well as cloud storage.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

The downsides are mostly around pricing, but for professionals, this is just a small cost per month that is fully deductible, unlike an outright purchase. Another negative, though less visible, is the number of "helpers" that run in the background and the need for an always-on internet connection.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACC helps me create web and print graphic images, books, magazines, logos, stationery, packaging, videos, animations, soundtracks, and many more, all software working together and then helping to share and collaborate with team members and clients.

 ### 15. Exactly what our nonprofit business needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

Having the entire Adobe Creative Cloud suite at our fingertips has allowed us to have the freedom and capability to do anything we need to for our nonprofit publishing business. Photoshop to fix any images, InDesign to create newsletters and interiors of books, not to mention the most used program, Adobe Acrobat.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

I don't love how expensive it is per month, even with our nonprofit/education discount. I truly dislike how many things nowadays have subscription based everything, and we don't actually own anything outright anymore.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving us time and money, especially with Adobe Acrobat: I can sign documents with my "Stamped" signature, I can comment on our designer's interior proofs, and editing PDFs is also something we do occasionally that's super helpful that we can accomplish straight from Acrobat.

 ### 16. Adobe Creative Cloud is a comprehensive suite of design and creative tools.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** robobeast b. | software engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

There are several things that I like about Adobe Creative Cloud:

Versatility: The software includes a wide range of applications that are suitable for a variety of creative professionals, from photographers and graphic designers to video editors and more.

Intuitive user interface: The software is easy to navigate, making it accessible to users of all skill levels.

Regular updates and improvements: Adobe Creative Cloud is constantly being updated with new features and tools, ensuring that users always have access to the most advanced technology.

Wide range of applications: The software includes a wide range of applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, which are essential tools for many creative professionals.

Comprehensive suite of tools: Adobe Creative Cloud offers a comprehensive suite of tools that can help users create high-quality visual content for a variety of mediums.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

One potential drawback of Adobe Creative Cloud is the cost. The subscription-based pricing model can be a bit steep for some users, especially if you only need access to a few specific applications. Additionally, some users may find the software to be overwhelming due to the large number of features and tools available, which can take some time to learn and master. Finally, the software requires a stable internet connection to function, which can be a problem for users with poor connectivity or those working in areas with limited or no internet access.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Creative Cloud is solving several problems for creative professionals, including:

Lack of access to powerful design and creative tools: The software provides users with access to a wide range of applications that are essential for creating high-quality visual content, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

Limited access to the latest technology: Adobe Creative Cloud is regularly updated with new features and tools, ensuring that users always have access to the most advanced technology available.

Inability to collaborate with others: The software includes features that allow users to collaborate with others in real-time, making it easier to work on projects with team members or clients.

By solving these problems, Adobe Creative Cloud is benefiting users by enabling them to create professional-grade visual content, stay up-to-date with the latest technology, and collaborate with others easily. This can help users to improve their productivity and efficiency, and produce better quality work.

 ### 17. The essential tool for any graphic designer or creative

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizeth H. | Creative Director, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe InDesign?**

One of the best things about Adobe Creative Cloud is the seamless integration between applications: you can easily switch from Photoshop to Illustrator and then to InDesign, so you can create different types of visual content in one place. Plus, the apps are regularly updated with new features and performance improvements.

**What do you dislike about Adobe InDesign?**

Adobe Creative Cloud can be a bit expensive for some users. The user interface can also be intimidating, especially for new users with no graphic design experience.

**What problems is Adobe InDesign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Creative Cloud has greatly improved my creative workflow. I can now create projects and produce high-quality visual content in one place. This saves time and reduces the need to switch between different tools. In addition, Creative Cloud's new features and constant updates help me keep up with the latest design trends.
