"Best word processor to work with Indesign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe InCopy?

Synchronised working with Indesign, ability to open Word files, the layout can be viewed as Galley/Story to focus only on text, ability to track changes and working on tabular data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?

The only issue is with the performance. Launching the application takes more than enough time, and while working, it feels slightly rigid. In the layout view, when the page is set to fit into the window, the page is set at the centre. There is no option to scroll it to the left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mostly, it doesn't required for small teams with 2-5 memebers. If project is complex and requires to add notes then it worth using InCopy. However, beginners will find hard time to use this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copyrighting and Editing Documents Easily"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe InCopy?

At its heart, InCopy is a wordprocessor that integrates with InDesign. It's powerful because it allows proofreaders, editors, designers, copywriters all to edit the copy without destroying the design of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?

It can be very clunky and hard to figure out how to collaborate with others without any issues. But the biggest issue is that most offices already have Word, and while the collaborative part of Word isn't there, everything else is there and beyond what InCopy can do. "Still the best edit experience for print"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe InCopy?

After writing a draft of my article on a text editor, there's no better thing then putting it on InCopy to see if 1) it fits 2) it's making sense with the rest of the page. So what I like the most is being able to nicely edit my written text having, at the same time, the view of the page. A second thing would be the ability to collaborate with other teams, since I can see the pictures and layout they came up with while working on my words. A lot has changed in the software market but Adobe has manage to still make InCopy the best software experience for companies working with print options/pdfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?

I wish it was easier to access files from different devices and make simple edits online, even (although I get it that this would be harder). I guess the same goes for Adobe software products in general. The Adobe Cloud was an advance and it sure helps, but it's still not as smooth as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
