Powerful suite of Adobe software makes it decent enough tool. **What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?** Mostly, it doesn't required for small teams with 2-5 memebers. If project is complex and requires to add notes then it worth using InCopy. However, beginners will find hard time to use this product. **What problems is Adobe InCopy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps reducing complexity for the best part, apart for that: It has clean interface, with version based documenation and you can use conditions as well. It's intuitive and makes the process of writing and submitting a manuscript all that easier. The quality looks fantastic and looks professional. I had to use this software to write a manuscript for a film, and this was a perfect way to keep it organized and professional. It was easy to send it back and forth between my colleagues to all contribute and save our changes. **What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?** I don't like that you have to pay for more functions, although that is life. The paid version is worth it, however, if you work in the industry. It also would be nice to have a setting where multiple people can work on it at once without the software glitch. Sometimes changes another person made took a while to show up, making it harder to collaborate than necessary. But it works fine if you're just working with 1-2 other individuals. **What problems is Adobe InCopy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't had any problems. However, Adobe has excellent support, so I know exactly where to go if I run into trouble. ### 4. I use this primarily for large document and report writing and find that the app is really quite uncluttered and streamlined. Assignments section is very helpful. I find the ability to create an assignment for a college to be an exceptional tool. Really help when co-writing and waiting for input. Notes-mode is helpful for tracking unique thought and ideas. **What do you dislike about Adobe InCopy?** It seems a bit unnessessary. I have used inCopy when writing a lot without the design in place in InDesign. And it works great for that. However I think alot of people will use Word and that works well too. Little too simple maybe. This is both a benefit and a dislike. The simplicity helps me focus on the words, while it also causes me to run out to the web or other apps to get some tools i need while writing. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe InCopy:** I think if your already using Indesign and other Adobe products InCopy is nice that it integrates with those. If you have a multi-disciplined team that doesn't all subscribe to AdobeCC it likely isn't necessary at all. **What problems is Adobe InCopy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a repository for large works that are still in the early stages of development. Often used for team writing where deadlines and assignments come in handy.
