"Professional Visual Content in a Snap"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I like using Adobe Firefly for generating images that can be applied to letterhead, brochures, and advertisements. It efficiently solves the problem of creating professional visual content quickly. My favorite feature is the ability to turn a prompt into an image and then refine it to achieve the perfect result, which is incredibly valuable since it saves me from having to start from scratch—something that can be overwhelming if you're not a trained designer. Firefly's understanding of English is impressive, leading to more professional-looking and less artificial results. The initial setup was very easy, and I find it integrates well with Canva for layout after generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

I would say the consistency of the visual results. Also, sometimes it generates text when you don't ask for text, so you have to specify in the prompt 'no text or font'. Firefly could offer more precise control over generated outputs, and maybe have stronger editing tools post generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Creativity with Ethical Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I use Adobe Firefly for everything from editing images to creating concepts and actual consumer-facing content. It expedites my workflow and helps me convey vision. I like the fact that it's an ecosystem of content that is ethically trained and safe. I enjoy having more control over my creative process, from color and tonality to being able to apply reference images for structure and stylization. The initial setup was easy, and I've always been a user of Adobe products. I also integrate Adobe Firefly with Adobe Premiere and other tools for boards and production. What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

I wish they could modify promoting to do pre vision as you prompt. Meta briefly did it and it helped tremendously as you try to find the right words to convey what you are trying to create and see the results live forming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Editing with Impressive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I use Adobe Firefly mainly for cleaning up imagery using features like Gen Expand and Gen Fill for removal. It makes photo edits go a lot quicker than a manual touchup. I love the sky feature, even though I don't use it often, and I really appreciate the background removal tool. Background removal makes cutting things out super fast compared to the manual outline and removal process I used before. The sky tool is just fun to play with. What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Generative fill where I am needing to add things in is always a bit spotty for me. I notice a lot of hallucinations in the results as well. Sticking with the prompt exactly, don't add things that were not specifically asked for. Also making it a little more believable, the harmonization can be a bit off sometimes. The setup took a while because our enterprise legal team has a lot of concerns with our usage of this, rightly so. It was about a year in the making, lots of conversations and beta programs. "Effortless Marketing Material Creation with Adobe Firefly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I find Adobe Firefly easy to use, making it simple to scale up and set up new users. It really helps when working as a team, especially for a global team like ours. We can generate marketing materials quickly and coordinate between teams, which makes creating our product much easier. The initial setup was very easy, and we managed to get the entire team set up fairly quickly, within two to three weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Just because it's not integrated into our activation channels like the marketing automation platform or the website, there is disconnect. That requires download and upload. So this lack of kind of streamlined processes between the platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brilliant for Realistic AI Imagery, Needs Better Video Shadows"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I really like Adobe Firefly for AI image and video generations, especially how it addresses the lack of natural essence in ultrarealistic images of people that I experienced with ChatGpt. The texture and tone in the pictures are amazing. I was particularly impressed with Firefly Image 4 ultra, which blew my mind with its color composition and skin texture detail. I also appreciate the extraordinary camera motion and quality it provides in videos, which are much better than what I got from Veo 3 and Runway. Moreover, being familiar with similar tools, I found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

So while creating videos, it gives an option of adding lighting in the advanced settings. Although it is quite good for basic generations, but while I was creating a video for our product, it did not go well. The camera angle distorted and the lighting and shadow looked so vague. This is the only thing that did not work for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and User-Friendly, Slight Improvement in Speed Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

What I like most about Adobe Firefly is the ease of use and how quickly I'm able to get very dialed-in examples. I also appreciate the fact that they open up a lot of different models to choose from, allowing me to jump into different types of models and implement the same types of prompts for different results. The option to go to an ultra setting for very high resolution, detailed prompts is really useful, especially when a client needs to see more detail. The flexibility within the app is really good, and I find a lot of flexibility in working with sound, video, and stills. I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

I do think that if the ultra models could load faster, that would be great. I totally understand there's a lot of data being processed, but faster results in that space would be awesome. Initially, the older models were a bit rough around the edges, the quality wasn't very high, and I found myself spending extra time doing refinements on the original prompts. The consistency was lacking, especially in rendering humans, which felt unbalanced. So I had to put more effort into the pitches and pitch decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Firefly: High-Quality Images Fast with Simple Prompts"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

Adobe Firefly makes it very easy to generate high-quality images and creative content using simple text prompts. It integrates well with Adobe tools and helps speed up design work, making it useful for quick ideas, edits, and content creation without needing advanced design skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Sometimes the generated results are not very accurate and may need multiple attempts. It can also feel limited in customization compared to advanced design tools, and performance may vary depending on prompts and complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Generative AI Marvel for Creative Ideation"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I love Adobe Firefly for its capabilities in ideation and mockup creation. It's an amazing generative AI model with great potential. I enjoy creating images and animating them into small video cuts. Logo and branding ideation is really cool too. The initial setup of Adobe Firefly was not a thing to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Trying to be so specific on the prompt sometimes gets overwhelming for the model. It gets stuck in one aspect of the prompt and neglects other details. Also, resolution matters and it would be great to have an abundance of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Feature-Rich, and a Delightful Support Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

Very easy to use, has lots of features compared to competitors and was a breeze to setup. Had a few questions initially and talking to support team was a delight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Most of the things were all upto standards but one thing that i did not like was inconsistent prompt interpretation, often producing generic or inaccurate images Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
