## Adobe Firefly Reviews
  ### 1. Strong Potential, But Results Depend on How Users Prompt

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karishma t. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

The quality of the images has gotten a lot better, which has been a big improvement overall. I’ve noticed a lot of upgrades across different types of images, especially the non-human ones, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

It’s very dependent on the user and how they prompt. It needs more ways to tighten up prompts and reduce a lot of the variability in the outputs. I’d also like to see brand checks brought in earlier rather than later. Need more integrations with other Adobe products

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me create a lot more content faster, saves a lot of time, and improves operational efficiency. It also helps me create more and more content with less effort.

  ### 2. Affordable and Precise Image Generation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berina O. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly to generate images of my metal grills, which eases the process of photographing my products. I love how I can take a picture and generate a professional product photo from it. I really appreciate how affordable it is, and how precise it is in generating images, which eliminates the need to transport my grills to a photoshooting station and paying a professional photographer. Adobe Firefly is faster, more precise, and professional compared to what I was using before. The initial setup was super easy, rating it a 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Video duration longer than 5 secs.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to generate professional product photos from basic pictures, saving me the hassle and cost of transporting my grills for professional photoshoots.

  ### 3. Great Presets, But AI Output Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amie S. | Graphic Designer, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like the available effects and style presets. I also find it handy that there are a variety of document presets and options when initially setting up.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Much like all AI generated things, there still seems to be a distortion visually or a "wordy" quality to the text generated, and I wish that I could tell it things that I would like to exclude too, to help refine the results.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've tried using Adobe Firefly to help us in a pinch at work - sometimes to bulk out a paragraph about an area that a new home project is located in, or in a minor alteration of the landscaping on a home elevation. In these such instances, it can be helpful, but you really have to be precise with your prompts

  ### 4. Multiple AI Image Generators in One Convenient Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

That you can choose different AI image generators on the same platform

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Sometimes you waste a lot of credits and its not cheap

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI image generation for social media, display banners, web, blog, etc

  ### 5. Adobe Firefly Brings Ideas to Life Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mellyssa D. | Material Handler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

dobe Firefly makes it easier for me to bring ideas to life without starting from scratch. I like how quickly it can generate visuals, fill in gaps, and help me experiment creatively when I’m stuck or short on time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

What I don’t like is that it can still feel a bit unpredictable, and sometimes the results need refining to fully match my vision or brand style.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it solves the problem of creative blocks and time-consuming design work, and it benefits me by speeding up my workflow, expanding my ideas, and giving me more freedom to create without feeling limited by technical barriers.

  ### 6. Copyright-Clear AI Images, Though Less Refined Than Some Alternatives

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flame R. | Performance Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

Compared to any other creative AI / image generators, it's good to know that everything that's created is trained only on an approved dataset with no possibility of copyright infringement.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Compared to other image generators, I will say that the capability is not as refined, but that's the exchange for the clear copyright

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy image creation for brand and marketing assests

  ### 7. Powerful Graphic Creation but Needs Speed Enhancements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil M. | Managing Partner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like the UI of the website. It's kind of interesting to log in and use it. Adobe Firefly has a lot of resources as libraries, which is useful. I appreciate that it offers different AI models, so you're not stuck with just one particular model. It also has options like generating music, and it's good to have everything in one place. The workflow is much faster because of this. The vast content library, especially for stock images, is really helpful and makes it more useful compared to other tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I have issues with the text generation. It doesn't always seem to work as much as I'd like. It's kinda slow, and the image generation is sometimes a bit buggy on the desktop; it doesn't load as fast as on other points like normal browsers.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly makes creating great graphics fast and centralizes resources, so I don't need multiple tools to get stock videos and images. It helps me, as a non-professional designer, produce premium-looking content efficiently.

  ### 8. Flexible Image Creation, But AI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryota S. | AI writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

This software offers great flexibility when it comes to creating images. I often turn to it whenever I have difficulty finding the specific images I need online. The images it produces are also quite versatile.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The AI that Adobe uses is still in development, which means that at times, I struggle to achieve the results I want. The AI often fails to understand my prompts, and this can be quite frustrating for me.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once again, I find this software particularly helpful when I am unable to find the images I need online. There are times when clients request specific images, but I am unable to use them because of copyright restrictions. In these situations, I turn to Adobe Firefly to generate similar images, which allows me to meet my clients' requirements.

  ### 9. Versatile for Commercial Use, Needs Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benita C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like Adobe Firefly because I can create images for design that can be used commercially, which is great value for my work. I find it valuable that it's open for other AI models as well, adding to its flexibility. Setting it up was easy, which made it convenient to integrate into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

It's slow and I would like it to be more detailed.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to create images for design, especially when I need something specific or want inspiration. The images can be used commercially, and it integrates with other AI models, providing great value for my work.

  ### 10. Easy to Use and Straightforward

  ### 11. High-End Creativity with Business Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine M. | Ministry Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly to generate perfect images of fresh fruit, vegetables, and other items for my flyers. It allows my flyers to look unique and premium. I love how it balances high-end creativity with practical business safety. As a business owner, I can use these images on grocery delivery vans, flyers, and the website without worrying about a cease and desist letter. Adobe even offers IP indemnification for businesses. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm really impressed with how the product meets my needs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I want more control over film grain styles so they feel less like a stock photo and more like a real-life snapshot. It should stop making images sharp and start adding tiny imperfections.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly lets me create unique and premium-looking flyers. It balances high-end creativity with practicality, offering IP indemnification so I can use images worry-free for business needs.

  ### 12. Easy-to-Use AI Tool for Effortless Story Image Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** erick z. | Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

It is very easy to use even for non tech people. With everything going to A/I this is a good program to learn how to create images for stories using A/I

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Price as usual, I'm not sure how much the broadcasting field will adapt to using firefly to enhance storytelling. I am also not sure if people who normally create graphics for broadcast will like having to change to another new program

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In broadcast news we are using Friefly to create monitor graphics for anchor/reporters that are fronting a special package or report. We would like to somehow connect the voice to text prompt to work live on air for certain graphics, but have not figured out a great way to do it yet.

  ### 13. Adobe Firefly: Efficient Asset Creation with Caring Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** george k. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like the team that supports my account for Adobe Firefly because they genuinely care. Their support is so valuable that without it, I would not have kept the service. Also, the gen AI tools are helpful for ideation. I found the initial setup to be pretty easy since it's a web app.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Adobe Firefly services are still being developed, and as a purchaser, I need it to start working and start paying for itself.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to speed up workflows, preventing talent loss and enabling my team to do more. The Gen AI tools assist in ideation.

  ### 14. IP-Safe Innovation with User-Friendly Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Book author

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I love to create images and videos in Adobe Firefly GenAi. It is IP safe since it was trained on Adobe Stock material, unlike other platforms that may not be fully legal for commercial use. It's very easy to use for beginners, with a lot of settings available in the side panel, so not everything has to be set by the prompt itself. It can be easily combined with Adobe Express to generate digital assets with the AI images and videos. The initial setup was super easy, just log in with your Adobe ID in the browser and you're ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The optical quality of the images and videos is not yet as good as like for example with MidJourney but I am confident this will soon be caught up with.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly offers IP safety since it uses Adobe Stock for training, unlike other platforms. It's easy for beginners with settings manageable in the side panel, not just through prompts.

  ### 15. Great Image Editing, Room for AI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick K. | Senior Software Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I really enjoy using Adobe Firefly for fixing photos when small things like a human or object ruin the photo. It effectively removes objects and allows me to resize images without losing quality, which is essential for keeping high-standard photos in my collection. Image resizing is also helpful when I need to make a logo bigger before modifying it in Adobe Illustrator. The initial setup was pretty easy, and there was nothing significant that blocked me. There's also a very good integration with Adobe tools, which makes life easier for me.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I find the generative credit system a bit restrictive, especially when working on complex projects as I run out of credits quickly. Also, the generated images don't always match what I imagine exactly, requiring more iterations.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly removes unwanted objects from photos and resizes images without losing quality. It eliminates tedious editing, helps maintain high-standard photos for memories, and lets me enlarge logos for modification, enhancing my projects effectively.

  ### 16. Wide Creative Options with Seamless Adobe Express & Acrobat Integration

**Reviewed by:** Rachel W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

The wide range of options available to create and the seemless link to adobe express and acrobat for further editing

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Resolution of images - could be better Quality to enable better photoshop editing

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need an image fast I can create here Rather than creating something from scratch or searching stock as I can tweak with prompts to perfect

  ### 17. Versatile Tool with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel L. | Graphic Design and Photo Retouching

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly to create images for sale on stock sites. I appreciate the generative credits provided by Adobe, which save money depending on my subscription and renew monthly. I like that some Adobe Firefly models offer up to four results, helping me achieve a usable result with fewer generations. I find the variety of third-party AI models especially helpful in providing options based on my needs. I particularly like the Gemini 2.5 or 3 models, as they work best for editing local areas of an image and allow me to replace components with different objects, people, and adjustments like sharpening. The initial setup of Adobe Firefly was very easy for me due to my prior experience with Midjourney.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Firefly is a relative later-comer in the text to image scene. It will benefit from more training over time. More photorealistic results and more attention to prompts would be beneficial.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Adobe Firefly, I save money on image creation using generative credits. It provides up to four image results, needing fewer generations. The variety of third-party models and Gemini's editing capability help in replacing image components effectively.

  ### 18. Efficient Mock-Up Visualizations with Diverse Style Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly to visualize mock-ups of my ideas, which saves me time. I like the different styled options it offers, giving me visualization results I might not have thought about. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Most clients don’t want to have assets created with AI, so how do we create trust. Perhaps being more clear on the actual capabilities and how it helps work losses.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to visualize mock-ups quickly, saving me time. Its different styled options provide visualization results I might not have thought about.

  ### 19. Streamlines Branding with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avery O. | Graphic Design Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly for AI content management. I like that it allowed me to create templates for my team that reflect our brand's tone. I appreciate the ability to have structure but allow the AI to have some freedom in regards to copy. I found the initial setup very easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I think the AI image generation feels a little shoehorned; it could work off of existing brand photos and create ideas based on those.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I create templates for my team that reflect our brand's tone, thanks to Adobe Firefly.

  ### 20. Transformative Creativity Tool with Advanced Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa G. | Multimedia-Technical Specialist: Content Developer, Photographer, Videographer, Digital Tech:

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I find Adobe Firefly amazing for editing media, like correcting image deficiencies, expanding images, and removing backgrounds to create composites. It integrates well with Adobe Premiere Pro, using tools like 'Generate Extend' for videos and the 'Remix Tool' for audio tracks. I like its 'Text to Image' in Photoshop and Express, 'Text to Video' in Premiere Pro, and 'Text to Vector' in Adobe Illustrator, which allows iterations of content, style, and recoloring. One of my favorite parts is how it keeps my creative workflow accessible across Adobe Creative Cloud, maintaining production control and brand consistency. The initial setup was super easy, and the tool is user-friendly, with help available through Adobe Help or YouTube videos. I love that it's embedded across Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Lightroom, making the learning curve not hard at all.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Although I enjoy using Firefly, I think it still needs some tweaking on the human features generation, for example when prompted to produce a group of people in a crowd setting some of the faces of the people might come out twisted or disfigured. However, after a few corrective prompts the issue is usually cleared. And I am certain that Adobe will probably have this problem corrected soon.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to edit media, correcting image issues and enhancing photos. It speeds up creating composites by removing backgrounds and aids video editing with tools like 'Generate Extend' and 'Remix Tool'. It's amazing for generating images and ensuring brand consistency.

  ### 21. Great for Easy Video Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I really enjoy using Adobe Firefly for generating videos. It lets me bring to life creative ideas that would otherwise be too costly for me to produce. I value the accurate rendering and quality I get from my prompts. The interface is pretty simple to use, and I appreciate that I can download the videos in 1080p, as many AI video-generating companies only offer up to 720p without upgrading plans. The initial setup was really straightforward, just logging in and starting with my prompts. It's really easy to use, provides great export quality, and delivers great results.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Video editing tools are limited. I would like to see more editing options and effects, such as those found on Premiere or Premiere Rush.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly lets me bring creative ideas to life without high costs. I appreciate the accurate rendering quality and simple interface. It exports videos in 1080p, unlike many AI video generators that limit to 720p without a subscription upgrade.

  ### 22. Invaluable Tool for Creative Exploration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katarina J. | Graphic Designer and Illustrator , Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like Adobe Firefly for its ability to let me explore ideas beyond and above what I initially imagined, thanks to its built-in functions of style and composition references. It helps me in transforming initial ideas to the next level, especially useful during brainstorming, visualizing concepts, and working on quick mockups. I find it intuitive as I have worked extensively with it, and I appreciate that it aligns with my ethical standards.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I'd like styles to work effectively as filters in Photoshop for example. At times, although a style is selected, it doesn't work effectively where you have to support it by prompting for it or use a combination of styles to get what you wanted.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly helps me with brainstorming, visualization, and the initial phases of branding by making tricky ideas easier to depict and by aiding in exploring styles and palettes. It's especially useful for composing, quick mockups, and transforming ideas.

  ### 23. Accessible in Adobe, but token limits hold back regular use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gokcecan G. | After Effects Compositor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

It’s built into the Adobe ecosystem, and it’s accessible anytime.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

As Creative Cloud users, we should have access to more tokens/credits. The current amount feels too limited, and increasing it would make the service more useful for regular use.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much to say at the moment. I’m not using it extensively right now.

  ### 24. Transforms Creative Vision Into Reality Effortlessly

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** seth S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I find Adobe Firefly easy to use once you learn the ins and outs of prompting. It just seems to work. I like turning static images into a short GIF to make things pop.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The connection to Workfront is not intuitive and is very hard to set up. When used as a standalone, the initial setup is very easy, but integrating it involved lots of work from multiple groups.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to get ideas out of our creatives' and execs' heads and create various versions for everyone to see.

  ### 25. Quick and Professional Visual Creation with Adobe Firefly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly mainly to create quick and professional visual content. It helps me generate custom images in minutes, saving me hours of searching through image banks. I love its ability to materialize my ideas exactly as I envision them, without technical issues, and the professional quality of the images that don't look artificial or generic. Additionally, it is very intuitive. I also enjoy the rapid iteration, being able to try different versions of the same idea in seconds, which helps me explain complex concepts clearly. The integration with other Adobe tools greatly facilitates my workflow. The text effects have been a wonderful discovery for my social media posts. The initial setup was very simple, as with a few clicks I was exploring.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Being honest, there are some aspects that could improve. Sometimes when I need to illustrate interfaces of specific conversation screens, Adobe Firefly doesn't always capture exactly the technical elements I need. I end up making subsequent adjustments with other tools. Although it works in Spanish, I've noticed that the results are more accurate when I write in English. For someone like me who works 100% in Spanish with my audience, this sometimes makes me lose a bit of agility because I have to think and translate mentally. When I want to create a series of images with the same characters or style, achieving that visual consistency can be a big challenge.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly helps me create visual content quickly and professionally, solving the problem of searching for perfect images in stock photo libraries. It allows me to customize images to fit my message, which saves time and improves visual communication.

  ### 26. Amplifies Creativity but Needs Speed Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefanie R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly for updating images and creating elements that aren't originally there, or for amplifying the content. I really like the options it gives me; sometimes they're better than what I was thinking and they help amplify my view.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

It needs to be faster. I feel that with the increased usage, even on small tasks, it should keep up with the same rhythm.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to update images by creating things that aren't there. It provides options that sometimes surpass my expectations, amplifying my vision.

  ### 27. High reward, low effort. Creating magic with Adobe Firefly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett M. | Editor/Creator

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I love using Adobe Firefly because it lets me brainstorm and make ideas come to life swiftly, even when my drawing skills are lacking. The effort to reward ratio is definitely in the user's favor. I find the new boards feature allows me to juggle and manipulate multiple ideas intuitively, almost like I've been using it my whole life. I also appreciate that Adobe Firefly is very easy and user-friendly, a consistent theme I've noticed throughout the product. Plus, I use it frequently with other Adobe products, like generating audio sound effects for videos in Premiere Pro.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The video generator can make unusable results as much as it makes magical results and some credits will be missed. If there was some sort of LQ preview option before loosing credits that would make that situation less stressful.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly quickly turns ideas into commercial-ready material and amplifies my drawing skills. It helps me intuitively manage multiple ideas and creatively converge them with the boards feature.

  ### 28. Seamless Integration and Creative Boost for Designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda M. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

What I like most about Adobe Firefly is how seamlessly it integrates into real design workflows instead of feeling like a separate AI tool. Generative Fill saves a huge amount of time when adjusting layouts or extending images for social and marketing content. It’s trained on licensed content, which makes it safe and reliable for professional and commercial use. Overall, it enhances creativity while still respecting brand consistency and design control.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The results can be unpredictable and often require multiple attempts to achieve the desired outcome. Creative control remains somewhat restricted, especially when it comes to producing precise, brand-specific content, and the outputs may sometimes appear generic. Additionally, the tool is most effective if you are already deeply integrated into Adobe’s ecosystem.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly solves the problem of slow, repetitive design tasks by speeding up image editing, background extensions, and visual experimentation. It benefits me by reducing production time while keeping work aligned with professional and brand-safe standards.

  ### 29. Practical Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivars L. | Creative Services Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like using Adobe Firefly as a creative support tool. It helps me cut down the time to go from an idea to something visual, particularly in the early design phases. I appreciate how practical and easy it is compared to many other generative tools. It allows me to start with early concepts, testing them with smaller teams or groups for feedback before diving into heavier design work. I find the Generative Fill and Expand features very important for my daily tasks. Additionally, its integration into the Adobe ecosystem makes the setup process as easy as it gets.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Sometimes the results aren't as favorable as I would hope and it can feel hit or miss at times. It's really dependant on the prompts you're using. I think it would be better if there was some additional version control. Often times I'm hunting through layers to find the one I want to modify.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly helps me quickly turn ideas into visuals, saving time in early design phases. It's practical and easy, allowing me to generate rough visuals and get feedback before refining designs. I primarily use Generative Fill and Expand features daily.

  ### 30. Fast and User-Friendly, But Credit System Could Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

Adobe Firefly is a user-friendly and intuitive program that is easy to pick up and learn. However, I have noticed that it can be slow at times when generating images or video clips. I am using the standard version, for which I paid around $10 and received approximately 2,000 credits. Not a bad deal at first.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I am not a fan of Adobe Firefly’s use of a credit system instead of offering a straightforward monthly or annual subscription. When I tried to generate an AI video, I noticed that the credits were calculated based on 24 frames per second, meaning each second of video consumed 24 credits, as if each frame counted as a separate image. I would much prefer if Adobe eliminated the credit system entirely and switched to a subscription model with monthly or yearly payment options.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly is useful for addressing the challenge of creating and generating images and videos. However, I find the cost to be quite high because of its credit-based payment system, especially when compared to traditional subscription services. Honestly, there are some free alternatives available that can sometimes offer a better experience.

  ### 31. Solid Image Generation with Suite Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like that Adobe Firefly is integrated into the Creative Suite and the design programs that I use every day. I also appreciate that Firefly now allows the use of the NanoBanana model for image generation, which is a good addition. The setup has been pretty straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

The native Firefly models could be improved somewhat compared to some other models like Gemini/NanoBanana.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly helps us create necessary visuals by generating images, solving our budget constraints. Its integration into the Creative Suite streamlines our design workflow.

  ### 32. Great Integration and Asset Management, But UI Focus on AI Content Frustrates

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric I. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I appreciate how Adobe has incorporated Firefly directly into its various applications, and I also like that there is a standalone Firefly app available. As always, the CreativeCloud library simplifies linking assets across all the other services.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Personally, I find it frustrating that the application layout places such a strong emphasis on displaying the AI-generated content from other users. This is a common issue I’ve noticed with most AI tools, but Adobe’s particular focus on this design aspect makes it even more disappointing for me.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to quickly create, refine, and brainstorm creative assets for all kinds of projects is invaluable. I use it for both my personal and professional work.

  ### 33. Image Creation at Lightning Speed and with complete Ease!

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

The ability to create useful and meaningful imagery quickly on the fly is amazing. It allows me to utilize AI and generate exactly what I need for my website as well as my marketing materials.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

Sometimes the AI prompt needs a lot of extra direction. I find that this can make things take a little longer. I think there needs to be more in terms of pop culture information fed into AI.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's lessening my dependence on designers and allow me to create images on my own. Also gives me a lot of freedom in terms of what I can and cannot do. It simplifies and makes much better use of time.

Adobe firefly is a software i like so much because it helps me generate and edit images, and animate them into videos

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

It uses a lot of mobile data, and it’s not completely free. You’ll have to pay if you want the best results.

It’s free trials help me get a few generations for my video edits

  ### 35. Intuitive and Fast for Sampling Image Edits

**Reviewed by:** Claudia B. | Writing Evaluator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I like to go into Adobe Firefly to design different ideas freely, like a space where I can express what’s in my head. It helps me give others a visual of my ideas, whether for ads, murals, or paintings, and lets my ideas come to life. I enjoy using the AI because everything is seamlessly integrated, and it has a minimal interface that focuses on prompts precisely. I like the sidebars with options for adjustments, filters, and refinements, giving me full creative control, which is my favorite feature. It makes the image sharper, improves contrast, and pops the colors more. I also like that the auto-improvement prompts allow the AI to assist with making images sharper and more vibrant. We’re really liking Adobe Firefly and appreciate that it has an assistant to help when you can't come up with ideas, by letting you input a general idea and work your way in. The initial setup was very easy.

I also find Firefly Boards to be amazing as they help stir creativity. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy since I'm already familiar with Adobe products.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I'm skeptical about the option to use ChatGPT in particular and other third-party models. I trust Adobe when it comes to acquiring permissions but do not trust the third-party models. I don't think Adobe needs to implement third-party models at all.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly drastically reduces the time it takes to make simple storyboards and assists with scene setups and color palette ideas. It speeds up brainstorming, eliminates idea block, and saves time setting up projects.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

Firefly is an excellent tool for creating images, videos, and sounds with the help of AI. One of its main strengths is that the images produced can be used commercially, thanks to the automatic application of Content Credentials metadata to all generated content. Additionally, with the integration of new models like Nano Banana, creative possibilities have become virtually limitless.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

  ### 42. Empowers Creativity with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick M. | Lead Educator

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I love how Adobe Firefly is only limited by my imagination, which allows me to harness its capabilities fully. I've been using Adobe products like Photoshop and Lightroom from their inception, and integrating Firefly has only enhanced my daily creative processes. The way Firefly, along with other Adobe tools, helps me make the world a more beautiful place is genuinely inspiring. I appreciate Adobe's ethical approach to incorporating AI, which aligns with my values, emphasizing the importance of human creativity and kindness. Its seamless collaboration with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express makes it an invaluable asset for educators and students, enhancing our workflow. Furthermore, Adobe's commitment to ethical AI use amplifies our humanity, which I find profoundly important in today's technological landscape. I stand by Adobe, not just for their innovative tools but for their ethical business practices as well.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

In the past, I found the quality of illustrations generated by Adobe Firefly's generative image-making capabilities somewhat lacking. This was primarily because it was trained on stock photography, which doesn't always represent the most complex or high-quality images. As a result, the illustrations produced initially didn't meet my expectations for professional-grade work. However, I acknowledge that Adobe has since partnered with Google, sourcing material from reputable sources, which has significantly improved the capabilities of Firefly. Despite these improvements, the initial limitation was a notable challenge.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Firefly allows me to create illustrations despite not being able to draw, enabling me to author a children's book with custom, lifelike illustrations for each child. It integrates with tools like Photoshop, enhancing my capabilities as a graphic design educator.

Adobe Firefly perfectly integrates into my workflow as a launching point for further development in Photoshop, whether for personal creativity or refining client projects. Overall, it's an excellent tool that I would highly recommend to friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Sometimes the creation process in Adobe Firefly can miss the mark, necessitating adjustments to the prompt. Additionally, certain details, such as the depiction of hands and feet, can come out inaccurately or in a way requiring further refinement.

The initial setup of Adobe Firefly was incredibly easy, which quickly got me started without any hassle. Overall, these features contribute to a seamless and effective experience, making my creative tasks smoother and more innovative.

  ### 45. Time-Saving Asset Creation with Adobe Firefly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myra F. | Subject Matter Expert

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?**

I use Adobe Firefly extensively for creating assets for projects, tutorial videos, and personal projects, and it stands out for its ability to streamline complex tasks efficiently. One of the most valuable features is its ability to quickly find and adapt images, significantly reducing the time it would take to search for the ideal stock image. Additionally, Firefly excels at handling intricate processes such as extracting content from images and removing perspective, tasks that are notably time-consuming when performing them in Photoshop. I also appreciate its integration with multiple Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The initial setup was easy, as I could access it directly through Adobe apps or a website. The seamless integration across different platforms enhances my workflow significantly, enabling me to achieve the desired outcomes effortlessly. The support for Gemini 3 Nano Banana has proved to be a time-saver and lets me achieve results that match my vision accurately. Overall, Adobe Firefly is a tool I highly recommend due to its remarkable capabilities in improving productivity and quality of work.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**

I find the cost in credits prohibitive, especially after the free trial period on Firefly Boards. This limits my ability to consistently generate images and videos as needed. Additionally, when I submitted an infographic to Adobe Stock that I created and upscaled via Firefly Boards, it was rejected for poor quality, which was disappointing given my intent to sell it. Also, the video creation feature was particularly problematic as the cost was unexpectedly high and the output was unusable; the faces were distorted, and the aesthetic was not as intended. Finally, when combining images for a Remix, the lack of an option to add prompts to influence the resulting combination or to select from available Vary options is a limitation that affects the output's relevance to my needs.

**What problems is Adobe Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Firefly to create assets quickly when stock images don't fit my needs, saving time on searching. It also streamlines tasks like content extraction and perspective adjustment, which are more labor-intensive in Photoshop.

The range of tools they have combined and the impressive quality they offer is remarkable. This platform could easily take the place of several different tools my agency currently sources from various providers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?**
