I find Adobe Express very easy to use. It’s especially well suited for people like me who want to create social media content, graphics, and illustrations quickly, without needing a lot of time to prepare everything. The templates are genuinely helpful because I don’t have to start from scratch, which makes it a great way for me to get things done fast. The overall UI is very pleasing, and the layout is straightforward to understand and navigate. My bank usually has used most of the templates, and I feel like if they can innovate and make templates more varied and better suited for different kinds of social media content, it'd be better. It's hard for it to stand out as an independent product because it's perceived as expensive, making it hard to convince people to switch completely to Adobe Express. I think following the user interface makes sense, people got used to Canva way ahead of Adobe Express. The initial setup was pretty easy; I just signed in and could start using right away, with no complicated installation or setup process. One thing that doesn't work well for me is the performance and reliability at times. There have been situations where the software feels slow, lags, or even doesn't load properly, especially when working on slightly heavier designs. Sometimes I'm not able to open files, projects not loading or the app randomly crashing, which can be frustrating when working on something important. Uploading takes a long time when the file size is larger.
