Being able to drag and drop components, edit content directly in the view, and publish with a couple of clicks makes the workflow much smoother. Reusable components and templates keep everything organized and consistent, no matter how many people are involved in content creation. It takes time to learn the many features you need in order to work with AEM efficiently. For me, it took about one month to get comfortable with it. Sometimes the architecture isn’t very efficient when you’re trying to implement certain features quickly, so even adding simple functionality can take longer than you might expect. We use it to create multi lingual websites for our client projects and effectively manage it's content by people without technical knowledge.
