I also like the ease of integration with other Adobe suite products—we integrated our AEM platform with CDP and AJO to deliver targeted, personalized and segmented audience journeys seamlessly. I like Adobe Experience Manager for its centralized location to manage and store all assets in one place. It makes the workflow much easier and allows for seamless integration of assets created with other Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop. I also appreciate the ability to personalize content based on user behavior as it helps understand what users actually need. The drag-and-drop features and style tools make it nice to work with and help create visually appealing content. Adobe usually has a good design sense and the sites feature has good templates and blocks to get started with creating a good looking site. I think the flexibility is much less compared to something like WordPress. It's helpful for nontechnical people, but when you need certain features, that can be easily built with AI builders these days, it doesn't offer that. The framework is kind of restricting , and there are better tools with more specialized features. Also, the initial setup wasn't that easy, even though I'm familiar with systems like Wordpress. What I dislike is how steep the learning curve is when you first get started. It can feel really overwhelming, and getting everything set up properly almost always requires a dedicated developer or specialist. What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing content across multiple websites and digital channels used to be a real challenge for us. We were constantly jumping between different tools, and it was difficult to keep everything consistent. AEM solved that by giving us one central place to manage it all. Now our team can create, update, and publish content much faster than before. The personalization features have also been a huge win, because we can deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time, and that has noticeably improved our customer engagement.
