## Adobe Dreamweaver Reviews
 ### 1. Dreamweaver Makes Website Design Easy with Live Preview and Drag-and-Drop

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ChAnDrAsHeKaR N. | Graphic Design-Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It makes designing and editing websites easy, especially with its live preview and drag and drop features. It’s helpful for both beginners and experienced developers because you can visually build pages while also having full access to the code. The interface feels organized and it supports multiple languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which makes managing web projects much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

there is nothing much to dislike about dreamweaver, but sometimes it feels outdated compared to newer web development tools. But It also has a learning curve for beginners who are completely new to web design and coding.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver helps me manage and build websites more efficiently by bringing visual design tools and direct code editing together in one place. It makes it easier to create responsive pages, update and refine code quickly, and preview changes in real time without constantly switching between different tools. As a result, I save time and my workflow feels smoother, especially when I’m handling multiple pages or making regular updates and ongoing changes across a site.

 ### 2. Easy for Learning Web Design, but Needs Modern Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kailas R. | Data Entry Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

What I like best about Adobe Dreamweaver is that it makes website designing feel much easier compared to writing everything manually in code. As someone still learning web development, the live preview and split screen feature helped me understand how HTML and CSS changes affect the website in real time. I didn’t have to refresh the browser again and again, which saved a lot of time during practice projects.

I also found the interface more comfortable than some advanced coding editors because everything is organized clearly. One feature I used regularly was the built-in file management and FTP option, which made uploading website files simple without needing extra software. While creating a small portfolio website for practice, it helped me quickly edit layouts, images, and text in one place.

Another good thing is that Dreamweaver supports both visual editing and coding, so beginners can slowly improve their coding skills while still designing pages easily. It also works well with other Adobe tools, especially when using images edited in Photoshop.

Although many professional developers now use modern editors like Visual Studio Code, I still think Dreamweaver is helpful for students, beginners, and anyone learning the basics of website development because it makes the learning process less confusing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

One thing I dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver is that sometimes the software feels outdated compared to newer coding editors. While the visual design tools are helpful for beginners, the interface can feel a little heavy and slow when working on larger projects. I also noticed that some modern web development features and frameworks are not as smooth to use compared to editors like Visual Studio Code.

Another downside is the pricing. For students or beginners who only want to learn basic web design, the subscription cost can feel expensive, especially when there are free alternatives available. During a few projects, I also faced minor lag issues when opening multiple files or switching between live preview and code view.

The onboarding is beginner-friendly for basic HTML and CSS, but for advanced development it can become confusing because many tutorials and online communities now focus more on modern tools instead of Dreamweaver. I also think Adobe could improve AI-based suggestions and automation features to make coding faster and smarter.

Overall, Dreamweaver is useful for learning and traditional website editing, but it feels less modern and flexible for current web development needs.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver helped solve the problem of creating and editing websites without needing very advanced coding knowledge. Before using it, managing website files, checking layouts, and editing HTML manually used to take more time, especially for beginners. With Dreamweaver, the live preview and visual editing tools made the process much faster and easier to understand.

One major benefit for me was that I could make changes to webpages and instantly see how the design looked without constantly opening the browser again and again. While working on small practice projects and portfolio pages, this improved my workflow and reduced mistakes in layout and formatting. The built-in FTP feature also made uploading website files easier because everything could be managed from one place instead of using separate software.

Another problem it solved was learning frontend development in a less confusing way. Since Dreamweaver supports both coding and visual design, it helped me understand HTML and CSS more practically. It was especially useful for responsive website editing and quick content updates.

Overall, it saved time, simplified website management, and made web design more approachable for beginners and students who are still learning development concepts.

 ### 3. Convenient Split View and a Straightforward UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhargavi J. | Email Marketing & Automation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like a couple of things about Dreamweaver. First, the split view lets me see the code and the preview on a single screen at the same time, which is really convenient. Second, the UI is easy to use and feels straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Sometimes it hangs and then shuts down by itself when I’m working with some heavy files.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, the split view of the screen (code and preview) helps me spot preview issues or HTML errors on a single screen. So when it comes to checking the preview, there are far fewer errors.

 ### 4. Versatile Editor, Yet Bogged Down by Cloud Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like using Adobe Dreamweaver for hand-coding HTML websites and appreciate its capabilities as a search and replace tool, especially with regex. The editor enables me to write clean code with helpful color coding, indentation, and overall presentation. I find the autocomplete and auto-close features on tags to be quite useful, making it a nice tool for hand coding. I also appreciate its versatility in saving various formats, like HTML and text files. I often edit CSS and manage or edit SVGs directly within Dreamweaver, including doing some animation. It's versatile enough for any type of scripting I need, including editing JSON, XML, and XSLT. The snippets and tools available give me a head start, and it's generally easy to set up and use. I've used Dreamweaver heavily for years and value how it lets me code myself while staying current without relying on automation tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I think that sometimes there's a lot of lag with the color selector, image selector and the product in general since it went to cloud-based management several years ago. It seems these issues would have been resolved by now. It definitely requires a high bandwidth connection to run smoothly, and there are times I'm locked out of files or experience delays. Also, Creative Cloud in general is a huge memory hog on my MacBook Pro. It sometimes updates at inconvenient times without considering the user, which can be frustrating. Lastly, the excessive cost and confusion with licensing, plus constant upgrades and what feels like greed behind Adobe, are issues for me.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver lets me cleanly write code with its editor, using color coding, indentation, and tag autocomplete. It's helpful for hand coding HTML and searching with regex. It helps me stay current by allowing direct coding and editing of CSS and SVGs.

 ### 5. Strong Adobe Creative Suite Integration, but Losing Momentum with Developers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieran F. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It integrates strongly with the Adobe Creative Suite. The interface feels familiar, and it works well as a front-end editor.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Seems to be falling away as an app other developers are using.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works well for me, and I haven’t really explored competitor products, so I can’t compare it to anything else.

 ### 6. Perfect Balance of Visual Design and Real Coding Power

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

What stands out most about Adobe Dreamweaver is the way it balances visual design with real coding power. It’s one of the few tools that truly lets you work both ways, without the experience feeling clunky or awkward.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Compared to modern editors, Dreamweaver can feel slow and bloated. The interface hasn’t evolved as quickly, so it can come across as a bit behind current workflows.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is essentially solving the problem of making web design and development accessible, organized, and efficient in one place—especially for people who don’t want to rely only on code.

 ### 7. Efficient Web Development with Room for AI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I find being able to code and see the finished product at the same time very helpful. The advanced search feature in Adobe Dreamweaver is a time saver, as it allows me to look for certain tags with specific attributes. Editing a table in full view is also helpful because working in code for tables can get messy quickly. Using the live view to edit a table and having it update the code instantly saves me time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The AI features to help you code are lacking.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that coding and seeing the finished product simultaneously is helpful. The advanced search saves time by finding specific tags and attributes, and editing tables in full view prevents messy code, making updates easier.

 ### 8. Adobe Dreamweaver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I really enjoy the spit view editing and tools for creating responsive websites adapting to different screen sizes

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It is a bit difficult for beginners to learn and the software can feel slow at times.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifies site management with file transfers

 ### 9. Adobe Dreamweaver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prem P. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is best for website design or development. I like the best part of Dreamweaver: if you edit anything, you can do it easily.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is the best software for HTML coding or website design. This is the best software, but when I edit the HTML, the page does not appear as soon as I click on it again.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is solving my problem because whenever I edit our previous works, this software allows for quick editing. For example, changing an image or editing text can be done with just one click.

 ### 10. Dreamweaver - certainly a weaver, not a dream though.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It is clear in terms of the different sections that you can use. I like how the preview and code views can be seen together. It isn't as good as some competitors but shows what you want when you want it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It is pretty complicated to work out. I am not a Developer by trade but dabble and even the developer in my team thinks it is over complicated. Just make it easier to use?

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing a website and seeing the code at the same time. I haven't seen many benefits now Figma has developer mode. I am less productive with Dreamweaver. My business practice has decreased.

 ### 11. Best in class for media creation but authentication is a pain.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like that Adobe Creative Cloud provides a one-stop location to access and maintain all of your Adobe applications. It makes it very easy to manage the apps. Additionally, Adobe support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Creative cloud requires you to log in to do anything, even installing apps. Also, there are times when users log in with a federated ID but their account still gets created as a personal account.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative Cloud solves all of our multimedia and web design needs for our marketing department. It also solves all of our office needs due to its large amount of PDF editing features.

 ### 12. Adobe Creative Cloud is a perfect set of applications for anyone.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Creative Cloud has many different types of application. I appreciate how much quality is being put into it. The best things about this is that it has virtually anything for anyone.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Creative Cloud is costly for the average user, with AUD$79 . It could be better if you can select applications you want, and it giving you a discount based on them and how many.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Creative Cloud is very costly, as it costs AUD$79 for each license, however, it contains very carefully designed programs for everyone.

 ### 13. A good website development software!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranshul G. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Its live website editing feature works very well.
Its code suggestions and code highlighting also help me a lot.
It Grid layout allows me to design a website for different-sized screens easily.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Its output is visible in the software itself and not on the browser, making it a bit difficult to optimize it for browser windows.
Its pricing could have been more justified if It had been less costly.
Except for this, I think everything works fine.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Dreamweaver as a Web Development software as it is easy to optimize it for different-sized screens compared to other editors. Its code suggestions and code highlighting features help to increase code writing speed and its identification very easy. Therefore I use it for almost 60 percent of my web development work.

 ### 14. Dreamweaver is great for first-time coders

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

There is nothing specific about the software; coding is just generally complex, so it makes the software seem difficult. The software is not complicated, and I would recommend it!

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problems of using multiple different coding software or finding one that you truly like. Once you use Dreamweaver, you won't have to search for the best program anymore!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

There are too many tools displayed at the same time, some of which I do not need for my day-to-day. I wish there was a way to customize my tool board to only what I need

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me to add interactivity to my prototype and take design concepts a step closer to delivering to the development team for further enhancements. This tool acts as a go-between for photoshop, Illustrator then final development.

 ### 16. Dreamweaver has been a major player in the WYSIWYG web editor market, and for a good reason.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim N. | Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I love the ability to customize the views. Sometimes I want to be in all code view, and other times it is nice to be able to click on the page, and see the split code view below it. Save a lot of time, especially if the page has a lot of code.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I feel like when editing php pages, it is still somewhat buggy. It is hard to click on an element in the design side as it does not always go to the actual code snippet in the code view. Also had some weird hesitations in scroll when editing php pages.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamweaver solves a few different problems. For those that need help with code hints, or just to have drag and drop options that code for you, this is a good product. Additionally it is a nice, quick way to jump right into the code and have everything color coordinated. This saves so much coding time.

 ### 18. Adobe Dreamweaver: A Comprehensive and Intuitive Website Design and Development Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I really appreciate the visual design interface in Adobe Dreamweaver, which allows me to create and customize website layouts and designs without having to write code. The range of pre-designed templates and themes is also really helpful and can be quickly customized to meet the specific needs of a project. The coding tools, such as syntax highlighting and code completion, make it easy for me to write and edit HTML, CSS, and other programming languages. The debugging and testing tools are also very useful for identifying and fixing any issues with my code. I also like the integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud products, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, which allows me to easily import and incorporate design elements from these tools into my website projects. The ability to preview and test websites on multiple devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, is also really helpful for ensuring that my websites are responsive and function properly on a range of devices.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

There are a few things that you might not like about Adobe Dreamweaver. For example, the software can be somewhat expensive, especially if you don't already have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. The interface can also be cluttered and overwhelming, especially if you're not familiar with website design and development tools. Additionally, while the visual design interface is convenient and easy to use, it may not offer as much flexibility or control as writing code by hand for more advanced projects. Finally, the software may not be as well-suited for more complex projects that require extensive custom coding or integration with other systems. However, these are just a few potential drawbacks and it's important to note that different users will have different preferences and needs when it comes to website design and development tools. It may be helpful for you to try out the software for yourself and see if it meets your needs before making a purchase or committing to a long-term subscription.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Adobe Dreamweaver to be a very useful tool for my website design and development needs. Its visual design interface allows me to easily design and layout the appearance of my website, and its coding tools make it easy for me to write and edit HTML, CSS, and other programming languages. The software also includes debugging and testing tools to help me identify and fix any issues with my code, as well as preview and test my websites on multiple devices to ensure that they are responsive and function properly. Additionally, Dreamweaver's file management features help me organize and manage my website files and assets more effectively. All of these features save me time and effort when creating and managing my websites and help me create more professional-quality websites that are better able to meet the needs of my users. I find that Dreamweaver is especially useful for web professionals and businesses that rely on their websites for their operations and marketing efforts.

 ### 19. Web development for versatile teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It is an ideal tool for working in teams where designers/layout artists and developers coexist. It allows for very flexible integration for both profiles because it is a very intuitive system but also with shortcut options and a framework for pure code developers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Sometimes it consumes more resources than expected. I think you should integrate some Canva design tool with animations to do some basic things without needing to resort to other tools or plugins.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly for developing fluid responsive landing pages to work with HTML, CSS, and PHP. But also to create small corporate websites and in the modification of some elements of content management systems (at the code level).

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | UX Researcher, Consumer Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

As someone that have never worked with HTML before I found the software easy to understand because it comes with instructions. It is nice that you can see the code and the live version at the time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It takes time to learn if you don't have too much experience but the software helps you. I wish they could provide you with more code samples to make your work easier.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Adobe Dreamweaver on one of my graduate classes and helped me to understand more about coding, website creation and also how other websites work.

 ### 22. Quite good for beginners to get started with web development.

**Reviewed by:** Saket P. | Product Management Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The Drag and drop feature really comes in handy when you are getting started and it also allows us to see our webpage while we edit it. The option to add transitions and have full control over every minute detail is also a nice thing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The interface could be improved and its integration with Adobe cloud can be improved greatly. Upon exporting the web page finally, more options should be given like it is in the case with other adobe software.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping businesses create their dream website with Adobe Dreamweaver. It helps me to do the tasks in real-time.

 ### 23. Great tool to learn and develop web designing.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is one of the easiest tool to design a website that I have used. It gives the freedom of placement, I can drag an element like a table or click button from the left column and place it on the page where l want it on the website and can easily preview it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I have used it alot and I find it helpful but I think it should have a code error finder option which is very basic in other similar tools.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Adobe Dreamweaver to work on the front end to develop and design the website. It is very easy to use compared to other similar tools. It saves me a lot of time and gets work done effectively for lite websites.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

Like all apps, there is a learning curve but there are lots of online tutorials offered, not only by Adobe but by others like Lydia and YouTube Designers. Rest assured, you will be able to find whatever solution you might be looking for.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly reading html code quickly, making edits and then re-uploading it. Plus it also is my go to for designing tables, grids and creating image interactive hotspots that I will use in WordPress and other websites I am designing.

 ### 25. Adobe Dreamweaver is a nice real-time IDE.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I enjoyed developing websites through Adobe Dreamweaver, it's a nice real-time IDE. I liked that it autocompletes codes and code blocks, debugging errors quickly.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The biggest problem that I didn't like in Adobe Dreamweaver and that made me stop using it was that it was constantly freezing. What I didn't understand was that there was a lot of ram usage and it would freeze even when I wrote a line of code.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was much slower to set up localhost and constantly check the site through a web browser. With Adobe Dreamweaver it's getting faster because we can do this through IDE. It was accelerating our work in this regard.

 ### 26. Dreamweaver has been updated to help even beginner-coders!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adabel M. | Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like the fact that it's part of the Adobe suite. A lot of other coding programs especially apps and web ones have ads and not such a clean interface. Dreamweaver has a clean interface and updates the color codes to help even those beginner coders. Adobe Dreamweaver also has template-codes to help users get started.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

There are other programs like Visual Studio that offer tips and highlight html/css coding errors as the user is typing out the code. This is something I wish Adobe Dreamweaver had, but lacks user-guidance portion.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic html/css coding. I realized that they have a "live" feature, where you can view your code in a "live" setting on a web browser. They also have split-panels.

 ### 27. Dreamweaver - Great tool when not an html coder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Dreamweaver is a robust tool that will allow you to build or edit HTML pages without knowing too much HTML coding. It can handle most if not all types of web formats. I have been using it since 1999, not so much these days unless I need to diagnose an issue. It will also allow you to directly connect to your hosting server and direct upload your updated pages if set up correctly. Adobe is constantly updating their software so staying updated is not a concern.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Not much to dislike really, you use the tools you need. Maybe that this software has many tools, and I have not utilized it to the fullest, but I guess that would not be a software issue but more my issue.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to customize a page or fix CSS, I take the code into Dreamweaver and diagnose or rebuild a page. The code reader in the software will alert you of any errors making it a bit easier to fix troublesome issues.

 ### 28. Build amazing responsive website with Adobe Dreamweaver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harjeet K. | Social Media & Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is quick and easy way to prepare responsive website for any device or browser. It supports HTML, Jawa, CSS and similar coding options

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is perfect in every sense. Nothing to dislike as it keeps on updating frequently

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

Adobe Dreamweaver is reliable software for preparing quick website and landing pages for your organisation. So go for it. It is affordable as well.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Dreamweaver is quick in preparing websites and landing pages for our job fairs and similar projects our company undergoes.

 ### 29. Great tool to develop Websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Easy to drop in HTML code and check it or twik it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

With all the pre-built, templated website services out there it is showing its age and it usually is a year behind all the other upgrades.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to edit web pages outside of the web environment to get a preview of what to expect.

 ### 30. Best platform for making websites through html css

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafay K. | Associate Technical Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The best thing about this platform is that it is a user-friendly environment. We can also export libraries in Dreamweaver. A beginner web developer can easily practice on this platform and keep hands on this platform to become professional in this field. Auto-Intellisense function reduce our time and make code faster and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The bad thing about DreamWeaver is that we have to create a separate file for CSS make too many files in one document when we are doing a big project. It would be good if Dreamweaver could make the CSS tab with HTML code. Also if we have a dreamweaver in mobile version its also beneficial for developers.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

I would surely prefer those who are new in developing websites and want to become professional; they must practice on this platform. Dreamweaver is the most straightforward and reliable platform for beginners to build a professional website.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We can create an attractive and proper responsive website.
2. Plugins can easily be used on this platform.
3. User friendly Enviornment
4. Multi browser supported
5. Runtime implementation can be done easily

 ### 31. Dreamweaver makes coding fun

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JeriBeth S. | Freelance Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like to code on my laptop and see the result before pushing the code to a staging or live URL. The highlighting makes it easy to find different classes and elements in my code and find pesky errors like missing commas or other potential issues. I can create a page layout quickly and rearrange code to try out different layout options before committing the code to a larger codebase.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Like most Adobe products, Dreamweaver is pricier than many free or less expensive coding programs. Since Adobe has switched to a subscription-only plan, using Dreamweaver is not as economical as using other programs such as Sublime Text. Dreamweaver can be a bit of a resource hog if you don't have a lot of memory on your machine.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

If this is not something you need to use every day, consider a less expensive alternative. If you are already using the Adobe suite, this is a perfect complement to use with Photoshop and other Adobe products.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Dreamweaver to layout web pages. It is a fast way to get the basic code on a page and be able to play around with the design and layout before publishing.

 ### 32. Formidable work interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The best thing about this software is its intuitive interface that allows designers with basic knowledge to generate code and set CSS parameters with just the click of a button. It integrates very well with different web technologies and for working cross-platform.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It remains somewhat heavy and consumes more resources than strictly necessary. It should incorporate more predefined libraries. The real view should be based on the main browsers.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with the layout of a multi-platform landing page, but it also allows us to establish a better working environment among designers, layout designers, and programmers.

 ### 33. Design your Website at Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shweta S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Interface is user friendly, self explanatory, you dont have to hunt for multiple tools. Templates are genuine and useful for new non - techie users.
The website with contents comes out Neat and Tidy.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The file size is huge so have a good space in your hard drive. Its expensive comparatively to other web building applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

Professional-looking websites are a game-changer now in the market. With no hands on experience users can build a good website that fulfils the needs of both consumers and beneficiaries.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it to bulid a website template for a client, the requirements keep changing. Dreamweaver interface helped to reconstruct it sooner and neater.

 ### 34. A Flexible, yet Powerful Tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George I. | Online & Social Media Editor / Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I love the ease of use of the visual interface, where you need minimal coding knowledge to work around with it. Yet, if you are adept at coding there is a built-in code editor.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

One thing I really dislike about Dreamweaver is how you do not always get what you see in the editor, in the final product, and how inefficient the visual interface is with its code writing.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

I would recommend Dreamweaver regardless of your technical ability.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamweaver allowed me to create a professional website with forms where I can promote my services with ease and minimal effort, despite not being experienced with it.

 ### 35. technology for creating simple emails

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

As a basic html user, Dreamweaver offers a few easy templates as a starting point for me to customize and transform into an email that will meet by needs. While you don't need to be completely proficient in html, some background knowledge is useful, although the screen view where you see the design vs. html code is great.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I find it a bit tedius and the draft templates are a little limiting. I wish there was a way to easily adjust different elements in the ready-to-use templates, especially as someone not as experienced wiht html.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving me the ability to create custom, high-quality HTML emails for our financial professionals to then send to clients. Compared to drafting emails in Microsoft Outlook via tables, Dreamweaver emails are definiltey a step up, even just the basic ones.

 ### 36. Great tool for website creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The best thing about Dreamwave is that you are connected to all the Adobe Business Suite so you can use different design tools with in the Adobe enviorment with an easy transition between apps.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

As all the Adobe solutions it is the price, they are a great set of tools but it will work better for medium and big companies, with a necessity of changing or updating their websites constantly.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

It is a great tool if you are looking for a solution out of the box and easy to implement quick changes.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and flexible coding, it allows you to have a vision of everything you are changing in the code with a live muck up on how it will look, and it allows you to improve responsible website quickly.

 ### 37. Great Product but has Lag Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess R. | Partner, UX Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I like the fact that it comes with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and is easy for me to update website files like HTML, CSS, and other corresponding file formats. It's also extremely easy for me to access internally linked files from just one root file.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It takes a while to load and crashes A LOT. If I have multiple HTML files open, the lag can get extremely frustrating. This happens across different systems, so it's not isolated to just one. Further, sometimes it takes me multiple clicks to perform an action. For example, doing something as simple as a FIND and REPLACE. If I have multiple HTML files open, it makes me achieve the same steps to create that action across every single one instead of keeping the action pane open until I close it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

Start small and work your way up. When opening files, I would only open a handful at a time to prevent it from potentially crashing. Also, if you've never used Dreamweaver before, I would check out some YouTube videos to help get yourself quickly acquainted, but make sure you double-check the version you are using as Adobe is constantly updating their software with new features which can change the overall user experience of the application itself.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I solve with Dreamweaver is it allows me to bring my clients' websites to life with code. It is effortless to access other internally linked files like CSS and JS formats without opening them individually.

 ### 38. new way of creating dynamic web pages and code the content with simple User interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeyanthi M. | Project Program Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

It's easy to use, as even beginners and students are predominantly using it. The Ide has many inbuilt libraries required for modern website design and creation.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

The tool is not browser oriented; Hence many time, we may not get what we see in the IDE. Its also now getting freezed, means no further improvements. Many low cost competitors emerging.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Dreamweaver:**

We can use simple web designs with minimum prior web design knowledge. The UI components are suitable to implement. we can even import our Canva designs into our project

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a simple web design IDE tool with a drag and drop feature; hence beginners can learn and do. The prize is getting way reduced in the past year. Those are good advantages to consider

 ### 39. Abode Dreamweaver Review

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

Allows web layout in a very intuitive way thanks to its interface. Enjoys multiple views to work as a developer, layout designer, or shared view, which is very practical for seeing changes in real time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I would like more native code autocompletion tools and the ability to run PHP directly in its live view. Better integration with WordPress would be nice. I don't like the excessive system resource consumption at times.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is perfect for integrating different profiles of professionals. Designers, layout artists, and programmers.

 ### 41. Powerful Tool - Maybe too Much?

I enjoy that the tool marries the Adobe suite and I'm able to access resources, arts, and other materials for my design. I also like the build in tools to make fast my work - including auto-fill, which does speed up my process.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Dreamweaver?**

I always feel like they are a little bloated, and I wish I could enable certain functionality and disable others. I also find that some of their built in code is a little out of date from standard practices used throughout the web.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using looking for a tool to help me build websites. I have wanted a tool that seamlessly integrates with my workflow, and Adobe does so with the creative side of things. I've noticed a benefit of using this tool is that it does always work - rarely do I have issues with the software.

Not much. Users with no coding experience should stray away. I wish the email templates were more expansive as well.

**What problems is Adobe Dreamweaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Small custom static sites that we set up for student portfolios. It's simple and we work off of our own built out templates.
