Adobe Connect is a web conferencing platform/App. As a user, for me it offers tools for virtual meetings, online training, and webinars, including screen sharing, chat, polls, and breakout rooms. The best part of this app is live survey or answers that can be taken by the participants which increase the participation scores. It's has high security as only participants can only join while host can allow or deny the participant entry while it supports mobile devices. It's particularly needed in education for online classes and in businesses for training and large-scale webinars while my usage is once in a month. As a user, I have seen inconsistent audio and video quality issue while attending webinars. Also, the feature that the host controls about providing mic access is something dislike as a participant, i should be given access to the tool.
