Up until fairly recently, it had served a dual purpose for us. First, it was our primary tool that enabled us to house our remote data capture training program (consisting of about a dozen short videos) and enroll users in that training. Before anyone was authorized to get an account, he/she had to complete the training. Second, it has been a valuable tool for setting up webinars for the purpose of training. Overall, Adobe Connect is quite user friendly. **What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?** The only downside is the way everything is organized via menu tabs. For certain tasks, it's not all that intuitive. You navigate to one area thinking a particular tool is there, only to discover that it's actually located elsewhere. Of course, with more frequent use, it's not really an issue. But if one uses it infrequently, it's easy to forget where some tools are. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:** Adobe Connect has done a fairly good job with updates in recent years. I don't know how it compares with other applications in terms of cost, but if it's within your budget and you're looking for something which is functional and practical, you can't really go wrong with Adobe Connect. **What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since my company no longer utilizes those training videos (we've since moved to another RDC application), we use Adobe Connect almost exclusively for setting up webinars in order to conduct training for offsite personnel. On rare occasions, it comes in handy if an external RDC user is having a technical issue. I can establish a remote desktop connection whereby I can see the other person's screen to better understand the issue. Sometimes screenshots and verbally describing the problem aren't enough. ### 22.
