It has various features like voting poles, breakout rooms, white boards and many more features which makes the application very effective and efficient. We can also record session in it and also share those recordings to others as well so that can watch it anytime when needed. We can also design meetings with many customizations like pods or polls which fits the specific needs. **What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?** What I felt was the user interface is old fashioned and little basic as compared to different platforms available. Also, the desktop version has more functionalities as compared to the mobile version. The application is little expensive for smaller organization. **What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very good for virtual meetings and big seminars as it can load hundreds of people at one time without any lagging issues which save users travel time and saves cost as well. Recording sessions are very useful as it can be viewed anytime anywhere just with a single click on link in future dates. So we can revisit the meeting recording which is very beneficial or students and business meetings. The platform is also very secure for sharing data ensuring compliance with organizatinal policies. ### 2. The best part of this app is live survey or answers that can be taken by the participants which increase the participation scores. It's has high security as only participants can only join while host can allow or deny the participant entry while it supports mobile devices. It's particularly needed in education for online classes and in businesses for training and large-scale webinars while my usage is once in a month. It was integrated with Microsoft outlook for my journey which was easy to track. **What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?** As a user, I have seen inconsistent audio and video quality issue while attending webinars. Also, the feature that the host controls about providing mic access is something dislike as a participant, i should be given access to the tool. While, if i want to coduct any session for my team, I'm unable to do so as I would need to purchase the software to conduct meeting. **What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** increase in Participation and invlvemnt score due to breakout rooms, Live surveys, white board feature.
