I used to pay for Descript but decided to cancel my subscription after Adobe released their own version of captioning. It doesn't include all of the features of Descript, but having the ability to automatically create captions directly in the timeline of the project you're working on is really worth it in the end. Editing a video, exporting it, uploading to Descript, generating the .srt, importing the .srt to your timeline in Adobe... it's all a huge slowdown to one's workflow. I highly recommend any Adobe Premier user utilize Adobe's Closed Captioning. **What do you like best about Adobe Closed Captioning?** The ability to generate live, editable captions directly in the sequence that I'm editing.
