The one thing I do like about Adobe Campaign is that I am able to import HTML in order to customize my campaigns. Also, our workflow segmentation allows me to send our emails to the correct audience. What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign? I dislike the interface. The program is out of date and it is extremely manual. Automations and trigger campaigns are difficult to understand. Each little thing effects the delivery as well—without being extremely clear on what the issue could be in the HTML. Adobe campaign has enabled our business to begin a journey down the road to true cross-channel marketing. We had to graduate from single-touch email campaigns to a more sophisticated marketing approach to remain competitive, and the adobe marketing tool has been key. It's a sophisticated tool, and the cost of onboarding and not very large pool of talent familiar with the program has been frustrating. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Campaign: The trainer on day one said "this is not for babies". He was correct, we struggle with the complexity of the tool, and we have a bright rteam of developers.
