I found it very easy to use , as i am not have too much knowledge about animation and its effects, but with use of adobe Animate i don't need much experience in animation simply it suggests animations and ideas as per your requirements. According to me i found it little bit difficult to create 3D animation. Definitely as per beginner level the tool is bit hard to understand but you can get it slowly.
