The creative possibilities are endless especially if you're willing to dive into the code driven animations. Amazing for doing mockups of products, animations etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You need a hefty processor to get good performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This facilitates workflow and project transfer between applications.
Customer Support:
Adobe offers customer support through various channels, including live chat, community forums, and an extensive knowledge base. The user community is also very active and provides many educational resources.
For video editing and visual effects professionals,
After Effects can be a daily tool due to its extensive functionality.
Once learned, the After Effects interface is very powerful and allows detailed control over projects. There are many tutorials and courses available to learn the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration outside of the Adobe ecosystem may not be as smooth and may require additional plugins or manual steps.
Sometimes, customer support can be slow to respond, especially for more technical or specific issues.
For casual users or simpler projects, the frequency of use may be lower due to the software's complexity and the potential to use simpler tools or IA asisted ones
I think for mores robust VFX experienced users compositing inside afer effects can be esay repmplaced by NUKE a more advanced and more firendly VFX worflows for compositing such as the habiliti of read modere fast other high pergormance files such as EXR HDRIs ....also comping NORMLAS or other render passes are very difficulto to do because in first place the tool by it self can read properly
causing th eworkflow implementation with other more avenced tools ar not easy or even possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using After Effects just over 20 years ago, when I was living in LA. The view out of my window was an illustration of what their older splash screen used to be. The orange and white broadcast tower above the Hollywood sign! I loved following tutorials to re-create some of the wild effects I'd seen in TV and films for decades. Nowadays, there are few video projects we work on where After Effects is no implimented in some way from lower third animations, logo stings, to beauty retouching and full animated videos. Over the years that have added features and absorbed 3rd party apps directly into the UI, which makes the product so much more rounded and works as a full effects and animation tool we couldn't be without! I guess the UI hasn't been updated in quite sometime. With the many AI tools out there, I wish some could get added. The object removal feature rarely works for real-world projects, so a lot of work should be focused on that. And Adobe's customomer service has gotten progressively worse. It is easy to use and has some great effects. Learning different types of ways to create gives you so many possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is none that I can think of right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how After Effects integrates with softwares like Cinema 4D & Redshift, as well as Action VFX and a myraid of other plugins that make compositing workflows easier.
In relation to Action VFX I really like their standard passes and masks that make compositing in After Effects much more seemless than you get from other stock FX companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there are a lot of tools and features that could be better adopted by Adobe itself so less plugins and extras are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a Motion Designer and I only use Adobe After Effects to animate my videos. It's a great software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Adobe After Effects could have a better path tool. For example if I want to use the stroke option the width can't be personalized on some parts of the draw.
I also think the connection between AE and Photoshop is not perfect. Sometimes some effects are missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i personally like their lots of animation feature and ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
software is really good but its hang sometime in low configuration pc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease with which all programs are integrated, that is a capability that no other alternative has yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit expensive, compared to the alternatives that exist today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After Effects is one of the few pecies of sotware that i use on a regular basis. setup is easy and straightforward.
what really love about the software is it's flexibility. With After Effects, you can start with something simple, and then, with a bit of creativity and experimentation, you can push it to some pretty wild places. Plus, the integration with other Adobe tools is super handy. It just slots perfectly into the workflow, especially if you're already using Photoshop or Illustrator for your assets.
Also I have to give a shout out to the comunity and support ,There's this massive community of users out there, always sharing tips, tricks, and templates. No matter how long you've been at it, there's always something new to learn, some cool technique someone's come up with. Keeps things fresh, you know? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Learning Curve can be frstrating . It's a powerful tool, no doubt, but getting to grips with it can be daunting for newbies. The interface and sheer number of features can be overwhelming, and it takes a good chunk of time to feel really comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
