The program is a great way to get started with AI and AR, even if you don’t have a lot of experience or expertise. It lets me connect my Adobe Cloud suite so I can bring my projects in and incorporate everything in one place. It also takes an assistant-like approach, adjusting projects based on what it thinks is best. I’ve found the workflow is easy across devices—from iPhones and iPads to laptops—without any problems. The more I use it and experiment with the AR tools, the better I get at creating projects, and I’m starting to have a lot of fun with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While working, I’ve noticed the interface can take too long to respond. It also seems difficult to install on the system, although that may be resolved with a good network connection. I’ve also had trouble using it with Samsung and other Android devices, especially when trying to calibrate it properly.
The Adobe subscription model makes the long-term cost of ownership extremely expensive, and unfortunately Adobe has moved away from the traditional perpetual licensing model. I wish they would let us simply purchase the software and choose the specific versions we want to use. Also, since Aero is still in beta, there are bugs and occasional crashes that can make the program frustrating to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
