When I first started using it, I didn’t find it very intuitive to figure out where certain functions were located. Also, with certain documents, when I try to change the view or edit, there can be too many layers and it ends up locking up my computer. This is a bit hard to pinpoint. But if there is something to be pointed then one is the pricing. While this is not too much for beginners, it can be a breaking point at times. Also, there should be some simpler features. Like the drag and drop or real-time working with team as in Docs, these can be good addition. The functionality of PDF editing that retains the original formatting of the document is what I value the most. When I work with my team on complex API documents, using the commenting and reviewing tools on exported architecture diagrams, the commenting and highlighting tools are exceptionally accurate. Being able to search the older requirements and being able to access the app from different devices is really convenient, due to being able to access the app on my tablet. When I am far away from my computer, I can examine my code audit documents. That higher subscription pricing is a difficult consideration when deciding to purchase this product. Luckily, basic viewing is going to be cheaper on other platforms. The product performs well, as long as you're not doing something extreme. The application can, and does, lag and stutter when I am using the application to open a large file. The product also has a large and complicated database schema with a lot of graphics. Some advanced features, such as the complex redaction features and security certificates, also require quite a lot of skill and have a higher degree of difficulty. The App is slow to load on the online version because it is busy throwing suggestions and feature prompts at me when I just want to get in and do my work. Also, I do not like the online model as much as the desktop because the features are harder to locate amidst all of the suggestions. If I had a nickel for every PDF I've had to edit over the years, I'd be a very wealthy man. I really appreciate being able to organize pages, combine PDFs, update text, use forms and e-signatures, and take advantage of some of the security tools.
