"Well-Designed, Free-Friendly Document Reader With Impressive Audio and Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Apple’s app is well-designed and easy for anyone to use. It works well on the free plan, and it doesn’t keep popping up just to push you to pay. The paid features feel reasonable, and I like how they’ve implemented everything: you can choose what you want without any fuss. If you want to change something, you can simply go into Settings and adjust it. Nothing feels forced.

It’s also a great app for reading documents. I especially like the audio feature. Even with the free version, I feel comfortable listening to the voice I prefer while reading along. The document forecast and summaries are amazing too, since they’re pulled directly from each document. Overall, the performance is impressive.

On top of that, the features it provides through integration with Microsoft 365 are extensive. The ease of document management it offers is genuinely fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I’ve used this app for years to read books on my phone, and also on my system to view documents and other details. One feature I always missed was a quick “define” option when highlighting a word—an instant, dictionary-style definition. They finally added it, and I was genuinely happy to see it, but only briefly.

And when it comes to the integration, we do not. See any kind of help from Adobe Acrobat. It generally helps us with the document. Manipulation and document arranging.

When I tested it, it opened the AI prompt and took forever to load. In that same time, I could have copy-pasted the word into Google 10 times. It just kept loading, and I eventually gave up. Please add a lightweight define option, and a pronunciation option too.

And when it comes to the support, I do not feel like the support provided by the Adobe Acrobat was very fast. Sometimes their response was delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI with Great Presentation, Cross-Platform Support, and E-Signatures"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I use Adobe Acrobat daily to manage and sign contracts electronically using the Fill & Sign feature, which speeds up client approvals. The interface is clean, allowing me to combine PDFs and edit text quickly without a steep learning curve. Cross-platform syncing also makes it seamless to review and markup documents on mobile while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The subscription cost is quite high for individual users or small teams compared to alternatives. Additionally, the software can feel resource-heavy on older hardware, occasionally lagging or using significant storage when opening multiple large, image-heavy PDF files. "Reliable PDF tool for daily business documents"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is that I can use it for almost every serious PDF task without thinking too much about the format. I'm usually working with contracts, client files, forms and comments, so it helps that the interface is familiar and the result is predictable. Files open correctly, comments are easy to track, and sharing documents with clients or partners is simple. It also works well with the Adobe account and cloud tools, which is useful when I switch between devices. Performance is not always perfect with large files, but for daily work it is stable enough. The price is not low, but for business documents I still see the value. I also like that Adobe is adding more smart features, because searching, summarizing or checking long documents can save real time.es. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The main downside for me is that Acrobat can feel heavy for simple tasks. I sometimes open a PDF just to make a quick edit, combine pages or add a comment, and the app takes more time and attention than I expect. Some tools are also hidden deeper in the menu than they should be, so the UI can feel crowded even for someone who already knows the product. With large files, performance can slow down a bit. I also think the price is high for users who only need PDF work from time to time. The smart features are useful, but I would like them to feel more natural inside the normal document workflow, not like a separate layer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stress-Free PDF Editing with Easy Conversion and Powerful Signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Editing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat is stress-free. File conversion is easy, and the signature features are especially useful and effective. Reviewing and commenting are very easy to access in any file with Adobe Acrobat. The permission features are also great for maintaining privacy in documents. Multiple tools like zooming in and editing are very useful as well. It’s easy to integrate with any software, and even when there are more than 500 pages, Adobe’s performance never drops. The bar is always high. The new AI features in Acrobat are also much better and feel simplified for regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Pro version is expensive, and sometimes the UI feels a bit tricky to use. Aside from that, I don’t really see any other negatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
