Having to wait to be assigned a new account representative, and then go through multiple rounds of back-and-forth emails just to complete a renewal and receive an invoice, feels unnecessarily inefficient. As it stands, it takes far more time and effort than what should be a straightforward transaction. Too often, the process stretches well beyond a reasonable timeframe—frequently more than two weeks—which is especially disappointing given the expectation of streamlined operations in 2026. Since this happens repeatedly, it feels like there’s a clear opportunity to improve how renewals are handled and completed. Apple’s app is well-designed and easy for anyone to use. It works well on the free plan, and it doesn’t keep popping up just to push you to pay. The paid features feel reasonable, and I like how they’ve implemented everything: you can choose what you want without any fuss. If you want to change something, you can simply go into Settings and adjust it. Nothing feels forced. It’s also a great app for reading documents. I especially like the audio feature. Even with the free version, I feel comfortable listening to the voice I prefer while reading along. The document forecast and summaries are amazing too, since they’re pulled directly from each document. Overall, the performance is impressive. On top of that, the features it provides through integration with Microsoft 365 are extensive. The ease of document management it offers is genuinely fantastic. One feature I always missed was a quick “define” option when highlighting a word—an instant, dictionary-style definition. They finally added it, and I was genuinely happy to see it, but only briefly. And when it comes to the integration, we do not. See any kind of help from Adobe Acrobat. It generally helps us with the document. Manipulation and document arranging. When I tested it, it opened the AI prompt and took forever to load. In that same time, I could have copy-pasted the word into Google 10 times. It just kept loading, and I eventually gave up. Please add a lightweight define option, and a pronunciation option too. And when it comes to the support, I do not feel like the support provided by the Adobe Acrobat was very fast. Overall, it’s consistently a smooth, seamless experience, which is why Acrobat is my go-to reader. When something works this well, there’s no reason to switch. Whenever I have to deal with PDFs, Adobe Acrobat is the only reliable software I can think of. It helps me combine documents to create a PDF, allows me to move pages in the order I require, allows me to add/remove text/images. It helps me fill forms seamlessly without having to worry about formatting. It's text summarization backed by AI makes my life simpler when it comes to reading long documents (like contracts). As I work with PII data, it's redaction feature makes my job easier as I don't have to worry about privacy and security of my files while editing them within the interface. Editing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat is stress-free. File conversion is easy, and the signature features are especially useful and effective. Reviewing and commenting are very easy to access in any file with Adobe Acrobat. The permission features are also great for maintaining privacy in documents. Multiple tools like zooming in and editing are very useful as well. It’s easy to integrate with any software, and even when there are more than 500 pages, Adobe’s performance never drops.
