What I like about it is that it keeps the exact same formatting no matter which device I’m using. Frankly speaking, Adobe Acrobat makes me feel quite irritated due to the way in which it is designed since everything looks chaotic and you spend a lot of time finding basic functions that should be available immediately at hand. Furthermore, the software is extremely heavy for my laptop as it consumes plenty of RAM when opening an image-laden PDF, and the integration with Google Drive works really poorly as it regularly signs you off from your account and creates duplicates of the files. Speaking about the monthly fee, it is a real rip-off if you do not use the program on a daily basis. Moreover, if you have any problems, then the customer support does not really help since it only redirects you to the endless help articles. Their new AI assistant seems to be a bit raw since it provides overly general information about the documents while being unable to deal with technical texts at all. The primary issue this product addresses is the horror of incompatibility with documents since you can share your file with anyone, and there is 100% guarantee that the document will have the same appearance regardless of the formatting or font settings. Additionally, it does away with the old method of printing out a paper, signing it manually, and then scanning it back – thanks to its capabilities, everything is done within the program itself and the process is as secure as it gets. Before implementing it, handling static scanned files or converting documents between formats often resulted in broken layouts and lost formatting. With Acrobat, I can instantly convert files seamlessly, fix text errors on the spot using accurate OCR, and securely send documents for digital signatures. The only issue we have with Acrobat is that editing documents does not always produce the desired result. For example, if we have a PDF that we need to modify, sometimes the font options in Acrobat are different than those in other program, so we can't make all of our edits in Acrobat without consulting another program. It’s easy to integrate and use. It’s also widely adopted and integrates with Microsoft, which makes the overall setup and day-to-day experience feel seamless. I’d like to share feedback on the current renewal process, which continues to be a major source of frustration for me each year. Having to wait to be assigned a new account representative, and then go through multiple rounds of back-and-forth emails just to complete a renewal and receive an invoice, feels unnecessarily inefficient. As it stands, it takes far more time and effort than what should be a straightforward transaction. Too often, the process stretches well beyond a reasonable timeframe—frequently more than two weeks—which is especially disappointing given the expectation of streamlined operations in 2026. Since this happens repeatedly, it feels like there’s a clear opportunity to improve how renewals are handled and completed.
