"Easy-to-Use PDF Viewer & Editor with One-Tap Signatures"

4/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Top most used any device PDF viewer and editor, can add signatures in 1 tap. User interface is easy to access.

I haven't used any integrations yet part yet but there are other integrations available. Integrations are not the key part here. Integration was smooth.

Performance is smooth and would be better if it doesn't keep asking for premium plan subscription.

Support and onboarding is slightly but pushy to buy a plan.

AI Bot works fine but is available for paid plans only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Too pushy on the UI UX where it asks to upgrade for paid plan every time.

Integrations are not too good or useful however, works fine.

Performance is well not the best I expect. Pricing is expensive for a person like me who don't only work on Adobe acrobat. Support is only available Sunday 4:30pm–Friday 5:30pm PT. No 24 by 7. AI is fine but not the best model yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Editing PDF and adding signatures without any need of printing. That's the main use for me. The UI UX is slightly easy to understand. Integrations are not something that I need daily. Performance is fine but adding a signature then after saving there is no undo, it asks to redact which needs a paid plan which is expensive. Support is not available 24 by 7. AI helps to summarize the content for me which actually any other AI can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hassle-Free and Effective PDF Editing in One Place"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is how reliable it is and how easily I can manage PDFs without any hassle. Whether I’m viewing, editing, or converting files, everything I need is in one place and it runs smoothly. The editing tools are especially useful because I can make quick updates without having to recreate the entire document from scratch. I also appreciate that the interface feels straightforward, so it doesn’t take long to find what I need or learn how to use even the more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Nothing negative so far, I would say, because based on my usage, everything has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acrobat solves the hassle of working with different document formats by letting me manage everything as PDFs. It helps me avoid problems like formatting getting messed up when I share files, since PDFs stay consistent across devices. It also saves me time because I can edit, sign, and combine documents in one place instead of switching between multiple tools. As a result, my work feels more organized, and I can finish tasks faster without worrying about compatibility issues or document errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One PDF Editing and Document Management That Boosts Productivity"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is its comprehensive PDF editing and document management capabilities. It allows me to create, edit, organize, sign, and share PDF documents from a single application, making document workflows much more efficient. Powerful PDF editing without converting files to another format. Easy conversion between PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fillable forms and electronic signature support. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for scanned documents. Password protection and document security features. For me, the most valuable feature is the ability to edit PDFs directly. Instead of recreating documents or using multiple tools, I can quickly update text, images, and layouts while preserving the original formatting. The biggest benefit is productivity. Adobe Acrobat simplifies document management, reduces manual effort, and makes it easy to collaborate, review, and securely share PDF files for both personal and professional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The biggest drawback is the pricing. Adobe Acrobat offers an excellent set of features, but the subscription model may not be cost-effective for users who only need basic PDF editing from time to time. Many useful features are locked behind the paid version. The interface can be overwhelming because of the large number of tools and menus. Large PDF files with many images or pages can sometimes take longer to open and edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat solves the problem of managing, editing, and sharing PDF documents efficiently. Instead of using multiple tools to edit, convert, sign, or secure documents, Acrobat provides a complete solution in a single application. Enables direct editing of PDF files without recreating documents. Simplifies document conversion between PDF and Office formats. Supports electronic signatures, reducing paperwork and manual approvals. Uses OCR to make scanned documents searchable and editable. Protects sensitive documents with password and permission controls. In my day-to-day work, I use Adobe Acrobat to review contracts, edit reports, fill out forms, combine multiple PDFs, and securely share documents with colleagues and clients. It helps streamline document-related tasks while preserving formatting and ensuring compatibility across devices. The biggest benefit is productivity. Adobe Acrobat reduces the time spent handling document workflows, improves collaboration through digital signatures and comments, and eliminates the need for multiple tools to manage PDF files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable PDF Solution for Secure Document Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I really like Adobe Acrobat because it’s something I can count on. It has a lot of features that make working with PDF files simple and convenient. I can create PDFs, edit existing ones, combine multiple files, reduce file size, add my signature, and keep everything secure all in one place. The program is easy to use, and the online signing feature saves me a lot of time when I need to get documents approved. Adobe Acrobat also works well on both my computer and my phone, so I can access my documents from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I don’t like Adobe Acrobat because it can feel really slow on computers. The cost of using Adobe Acrobat is also very high, whether you own a business or you’re just using it on your own. Sometimes it’s hard to find the more advanced things Adobe Acrobat can do, and the menus aren’t always easy to navigate. When I have big PDF files, it takes a long time for Adobe Acrobat to open them or do anything with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat is a big help when we need to manage and share documents. It’s a professional way to handle this without relying on paper. We use Adobe Acrobat to create and edit documents, and it can also convert files and merge them into a single document. We can even sign documents electronically.

All of this makes our work faster and easier because it reduces the amount of paperwork we have to deal with. For our company, Adobe Acrobat is very useful since it helps us get approvals quickly and makes it easier for people to collaborate on documents. The best part is that the documents look the same on every computer and device, so we don’t have to worry about the formatting getting messed up. Overall, Adobe Acrobat supports our business by making these tasks simpler and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat Streamlines PDF Workflows with Powerful, Intuitive Tools"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat streamlines PDF workflows with intuitive editing, conversion, OCR, and e-sign tools. Seamless integrations, reliable performance, and AI-powered summaries enhance productivity, making document management faster, more efficient, and highly convenient for everyday professional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat can feel heavy and resource-intensive, especially with large files, leading to occasional slowdowns. The pricing is relatively high compared to alternatives, which may not suit occasional users. Some advanced features are buried in menus, impacting usability. Additionally, AI features, while promising, can be inconsistent and need better accuracy and contextual understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Adobe Acrobat, we struggled with manual document handling editing PDFs required recreating files, signatures involved printing/scanning, and sharing documents caused version confusion.

Now, we can edit, convert, and e-sign documents in one place. This has reduced document turnaround time by ~40–50%, eliminated paper-based steps, and improved collaboration through easy commenting and cloud sharing.

OCR has also helped digitize scanned files, making them searchable and reusable, which significantly improved document accessibility and reduced repetitive work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

"Great Editing Features, Smooth Performance, and a User-Friendly UI"

4/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

It has great editing features within the software, has AI assistance and character recognition built in it. I trust the Adobe name because it has been around since a long time. The prices are not that high and it does not lag in performance. Easy to understand user interface as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes the features I really want to use, like editing, are hidden behind a paywall. I’d prefer it if a few more of these features were available for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me manage product requirements, automate documentation workflows, and ensure cross-platform file stability. I also find it useful for document parsing, code extraction, and adding password protection for safer sharing of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Feature-Rich PDF Workflows with Seamless Conversion and Collaboration"

4/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is its reliability and comprehensive feature set for handling PDFs in a professional environment. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to create, edit, merge, and organize documents without a steep learning curve. One of the most helpful features for me is the ability to quickly convert files (like Word or Excel) into high-quality PDFs and vice versa without losing formatting.

The commenting and annotation tools significantly improve collaboration, especially when reviewing documents with teams. I also find the e-signature feature extremely valuable, as it eliminates the need for printing and scanning, saving a lot of time. The integration with cloud services allows seamless access and sharing across devices, which enhances productivity when working remotely.

Performance-wise, Acrobat handles large files smoothly, and the OCR (optical character recognition) feature is very useful for converting scanned documents into editable and searchable text. From a ROI perspective, it reduces manual work and speeds up document workflows. Additionally, Adobe’s continuous updates and AI-powered features, like smart suggestions and auto-fill, add further efficiency to daily tasks.

Overall, it has streamlined my document management process and made collaboration faster and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One of the main downsides of Adobe Acrobat is its pricing, which can feel relatively high compared to alternative PDF tools, especially for individual users or small teams. While the feature set is strong, many advanced capabilities are locked behind premium plans, which impacts overall ROI for lighter use cases.

From a performance standpoint, the application can sometimes feel heavy, particularly when opening very large files or running multiple tools at once. Occasional lag and high memory usage can slow down workflows, especially on mid-range systems.

The UI, although feature-rich, can be slightly overwhelming for new users. Some commonly used tools are buried within menus, making navigation less intuitive than it could be. Streamlining the interface or offering more customization options would improve usability.

Integration-wise, while cloud syncing works well, deeper and smoother integrations with third-party tools could enhance productivity further. Additionally, the AI features, though promising, are still evolving and can sometimes feel inconsistent in accuracy.

Lastly, customer support and onboarding resources could be more responsive and personalized, especially for users facing technical issues or needing guidance on advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Adobe Acrobat, we struggled with managing multiple document formats, manual approvals, and inefficient review cycles. Converting files often caused formatting issues, and collecting signatures required printing, scanning, and emailing, which slowed down the entire process.

With Adobe Acrobat, we can now standardize documents into PDFs, ensuring consistent formatting across devices and platforms. The e-signature feature has completely streamlined our approval workflows—we can send, sign, and track documents digitally, reducing turnaround time from days to hours. This has significantly improved productivity and reduced dependency on physical paperwork.

Collaboration has also become more efficient with commenting and annotation tools, allowing teams to review and finalize documents in one place instead of exchanging multiple versions over email. The OCR capability helps convert scanned documents into editable formats, saving hours of manual data entry.

From a business perspective, this has resulted in faster document processing, reduced operational delays, and improved accuracy. Overall, it has helped us save time, lower administrative effort, and maintain a more organized and scalable document management workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat Streamlines PDF Workflows with Reliable E-Signatures and Cloud Sync"

5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I like Adobe Acrobat because it makes my daily document work much smoother. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and tools like editing, merging, commenting, and converting PDFs save a lot of time. I also find the e-signature and form-filling features very reliable, especially when handling official or client documents. The overall workflow feels organised, and the cloud sync helps me access files from anywhere without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I dislike about Adobe Acrobat is that some features feel a bit slow to load, especially when working with large documents. At times the application uses more system resources than expected, which can interrupt the workflow. A few advanced tools are locked behind higher subscription plans, so switching between free and paid features can be slightly confusing. Apart from these points, the product works well overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat helps me handle documents more efficiently by reducing the need for multiple tools. Earlier, tasks like converting files, merging PDFs, adding signatures, or editing text required different applications or manual work. Acrobat brings all of these functions into a single place, which saves time and keeps my workflow organised. It also helps ensure documents stay secure and consistent when sharing them with clients or colleagues. Overall, it reduces effort and improves the accuracy of my daily documentation tasks. One downside of Adobe Acrobat is that the subscription cost can be high, especially for individuals or small businesses. Some of the more advanced features also take time to learn, and the application can occasionally feel resource-intensive when you’re working with large PDF files.
