As one of the leading enterprise document platforms that scales for global teams, Acrobat has evolved beyond the PDF. Now with Acrobat Studio, it has been reimagined for how modern teams work: smarter, more collaborative, and powered by AI. Acrobat Studio builds on everything professionals know from Acrobat Pro — powerful PDF editing, signing, and reviewing — and expands it into a connected workspace where teams can create, collaborate, and communicate in entirely new ways. With PDF Spaces, teams can bring related documents together, chat with AI Assistants that summarize content or surface key takeaways, and keep everyone aligned without endless versions or email threads. Express Premium tools make it easy to remix or reuse that same content into branded presentations, visuals, or reports — helping teams communicate ideas faster and more confidently. Security remains a constant. Acrobat follows Adobe's Secure Product Lifecycle to safeguard data at every stage, with encryption, access controls, and enterprise-grade compliance. For organizations evaluating document automation tools suitable for multi-region, multi-team deployments, Acrobat Studio delivers the scale, security, and integrations to support it. I love how I can take a satellite image and mark up where devices need to go, which makes it easier and saves me time. I appreciate the ease of use. I like how I can take Word documents or screenshots and edit them in Adobe Acrobat, which makes my life easier as a small business owner.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

Sometimes it’s frustrating when you can’t find the tools to change it or the drawing won’t edit correctly. I shouldn’t have to spend 10 minutes trying to find out how to add text boxes for signatures or then I figure it out and it doesn’t send properly so they can’t sign the document.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 11. All in One PDF Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

It provides an all-in-one solution for working with PDFs, making everyday tasks like viewing, editing, converting, and signing documents easy and efficient. I find it especially helpful when I need accurate edits and reliable file conversions. It also includes password protection and e-signatures, which adds convenience and peace of mind. Overall, these features make it particularly useful for both professional and academic work.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

One downside is the price. It can feel expensive, especially if you only need basic PDF features. It also runs slowly at times and can feel a bit heavy. The interface can look cluttered as well, so even simple tasks don’t always feel as clear or as easy as they should. On top of that, many advanced tools require a subscription, which can be frustrating if you only need those features occasionally.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve common issues such as handling different file types, keeping document formatting consistent, and cutting down on printed paperwork. ### 12. Reliable PDF Solution with High Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikash D. | Self employee, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

I use Adobe Acrobat primarily for creating, editing, and managing PDF documents. It’s my go-to tool for converting files like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint into professional-looking PDFs and vice versa. I also rely on it to edit text and images directly within PDFs, merge or split documents, and compress files without losing quality. I appreciate that it eliminates formatting issues when sharing files, as PDFs look the same on any device, which is crucial when sending professional or official documents. What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is how reliable and complete it is as a PDF solution. Everything I need—editing, converting, signing, commenting, and securing PDFs—is available in one place, which keeps my workflow simple and efficient. Installation was quick, and signing in with an Adobe account made it easy to activate the subscription and start using the core features right away.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

One area where Adobe Acrobat could improve is pricing. The subscription cost feels high, especially for individual users or small teams who don’t use all advanced features regularly. Performance can also be inconsistent at times. With large or complex PDFs, the software may feel slow or laggy, particularly on lower-spec devices. The pricing does affect my decision to recommend Adobe Acrobat, especially for individuals, freelancers, or small teams. The reason it’s not a full 10 is mainly due to the pricing and the slightly steep learning curve for new users.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Acrobat eliminates formatting issues when sharing files, ensuring PDFs look the same on any device. I use it to create, edit, and manage PDFs, convert files from Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, edit text and images, merge or split documents, and compress files without losing quality.

**Reviewed by:** Suprovat S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

I mainly use Adobe Acrobat to handle all my PDFs like reading documents, filling out forms, and digitally signing stuff. It's super handy for combining multiple PDFs into one and making sure everything looks clean and professional. I love how it just makes handling PDFs so smooth. The ability to sign documents without printing anything is a game changer. Also, being able to edit or combine PDFs quickly saves me a ton of time, which is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

Honestly, the main thing that doesn't work so well for me is that Adobe Acrobat can feel a bit slow and heavy at times, especially when I'm only opening or editing a simple pdf. It also feels overpriced if you don't use all the advanced features. Some tools are not very intuitive either, so it takes time to figure out how everything works. It's great overall, but it could definitely be faster and more beginner friendly.

**Reviewed by:** Amogh Gowda P. | Senior Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

I like Adobe Acrobat's ability to navigate through different menus, especially the features for editing PDFs. The OCR, or optical character recognition, is another feature that I find valuable, along with the easy navigation for organizing pages. These features are the top ones I use, and they make things much easier for me, particularly in terms of handling client deliverables. With Adobe Acrobat, I save time and avoid having to use multiple software applications.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

I find the user navigation and interface a bit challenging, particularly with the shortcuts. They aren't aligned with the general OS shortcuts, so it means I have to learn new ones, which is inconvenient. Also, working with JavaScript isn't as helpful as expected and doesn't fulfill its promises. Navigating across pages using the search bars can sometimes be difficult, which could definitely be improved.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Acrobat for action and delivery purposes, dealing with PDF versions and compiling documents. It simplifies our workflow, saving us from using multiple software for client deliverables, thanks to features like editing, OCR, and easy navigation.

Adobe Acrobat lets me edit and create PDF files in a way that feels native and seamless, unlike other PDF editors that seem to translate or convert the file before you can make changes.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

For simple editing tasks, it feels like using a spaceship for everyday commuting. It really needs an alternative, simpler interface that I can switch to for basic use.

 ### 27. Feature-Rich but Pricey Edits Solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee L. | Real Estate Agent, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

I use Adobe Acrobat for just about everything from contracts to letters to documents and marketing materials. My favorite feature is the Magic Eraser, and I'm also enjoying the AI integration a lot. It gives me ideas for design and marketing that I hadn't considered before. I think the AI feature is pretty cool and useful, and I look forward to learning more about it or working with it more in the future. We've been using Adobe for a long time, and there isn't a single product that comes close to what Adobe can do. I don't recall the software being a challenge for us to set up or problematic in any way.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

I think the thing that could be better or easier would be to integrate more of their products so that you don't have to switch in and out of all these different kinds of software to do different things. ### 40. Powerful Features but Weighed Down by Performance and Pricing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Minjeong K. | Senior Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is the accuracy of its OCR feature. I often work with scanned documents, and Acrobat converts them into editable text with surprisingly few errors, even when the original quality isn’t perfect. I also love how smoothly it lets me reorder or extract pages without messing up the formatting. The built-in e-signature tool is another huge plus—it saves me from printing and rescanning documents just to sign them.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

What frustrates me most about Adobe Acrobat is how heavy it feels, especially when opening large PDFs or switching between tools. Even on a decent laptop, there’s a noticeable delay when using features like “Prepare Form” or exporting to Word. The subscription model also feels a bit excessive—some fairly basic functions, like combining files or editing a few lines of text, are locked behind the paid version. It sometimes feels like the software is doing too much, and that slows down simple tasks.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the biggest win for me is not having to juggle three different apps just to deal with one PDF. I get a lot of scanned docs that you can’t search or copy text from, and Acrobat’s OCR cleans that up really well. I can edit stuff, sign it, and send it back without printing anything, which saves me a ton of time. It also keeps the formatting from turning into a mess, unlike some free tools I used before. Overall, it just makes dealing with documents way less annoying.

 ### 42. Comprehensive PDF Tools and Enhanced Security in Adobe Acrobat

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DIVYA P. | OFFICER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?**

Point 1:
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat checks the trustworthiness of a file when opened. If the file comes from an untrusted source, it provides a warning. Additionally, when opening PDF attachments from Outlook emails, it prompts you to save the file to your computer.

Point 2:
If the PDF contains multiple pages and you want to navigate to a specific section, you can use the Contents panel to jump directly to that page.

Point 3:
Adobe Acrobat offers several useful tools such as Highlight, Drawing, Eraser, Text, Read Aloud, and the very helpful Translate feature.

Point 4:
You can switch to Full Screen mode for a better reading experience, and there are also options to edit the PDF directly within the application.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

Point 1 :
Editing text in PDFs, especially scanned documents or those with complex formatting, may not always work as expected. Sometimes fonts or alignments can shift.

Point 2:
While full screen mode improves readability, it hides editing tools unless you exit the mode, which can be inconvenient during presentations or reviews.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several years ago, PDFs did not have as many features as they do today

Adobe Acrobat makes handling messy PDF files much easier, enabling me to edit text, rearrange pages, merge files, and convert documents without losing formatting. The initial setup was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?**

One thing that could be improved is the pricing, because the subscription feels expensive for even working professionals. Almost all features are locked behind paid version.

**What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?**
