At last, singing a document for legal document or business document is simplified, no more document printing, signing it on the paper, scanned it to convert to digital form and attaching it to email before sending it to client. Now, the implementation is easy, just sign it directly to the document on the application and you are done!. It's even has integration with OneDrive to safely store and share the document to client. My take on the customer support service is satisfying, they always ready to assist and help any issue that we faced, no matter how complicated the issue is. What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Seamless integration with Microsoft 365 for e-signature operation is the best, easy to edit the document before sending it to customer. Customer support is a great assistant to ensure we install and implement the software correctly and able to operate it without issue. As an example, some of the document that we receive isn't supported for digital signature, we have to use signature that we have save and drag it to the signature column manually. It require for extra step, but the main objective to sign it digitally is achieve. For this software, we doesn't use it too frequently, only 3-5 time weekly on busy season. I love when they have tracker to track recipient interaction with the document, but the notification isn't in real-time and only after few hours they sent the notification alerting user has opened the document. It is not helpful since user already sent the document back to use after they have signing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opening a large sized PDF document is always problematic, it drawn too many phone resource to load all the rich media on the document like picture. Trying to reduce the original size doesn't help much as the size is still quite large even after compressing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Document Credibility with Robust Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I really like that Adobe Acrobat Sign captures the exact time when a document is signed, which adds specificity and credibility. It also puts a watermark or logo on the document, which gives recipients confidence that it was signed by the intended person and not a random individual. The logo suggests that Adobe countersigns to ensure the person intended to sign actually did it, providing reliability to the whole signature process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I find it frustrating that if someone creates a form and it's locked, there's no easy way to manipulate or edit it if there are errors. You basically need to redo the whole thing. I wish we could provide a means for people to edit documents, especially if their roles qualify them to make edits. It would be helpful to offer that affordance. Also, I struggled initially with the setup because I have multiple affiliations. I didn't realize I needed to log in with my university credentials to view certain documents. This was more of a problem on my end, but it was still a hassle at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Signatures with Adobe Ecosystem"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like how Adobe Acrobat Sign seamlessly integrates with the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem. I can prepare a document and send it for signature directly within the Adobe apps I already use. It saves me from switching between multiple platforms, keeping my design and administrative workflow unified. I also appreciate how it eliminates the tedious process of printing, signing, and scanning physical documents by digitizing the entire agreement workflow. This significantly speeds up turnaround times and keeps my documentation organized in one secure place. Plus, the initial setup was not very complex and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The pricing structure can be a bit steep for solo freelancers or small design studios compared to some newer competitors in the market. A more flexible 'pay-as-you-go' or a more affordable entry-level tier for individual users would be a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile PDF editor: desktop and web, with signing and editing without losing format"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

It seems to me to be one of the most versatile PDF editors on the market. In addition to having a desktop tool, it also offers a web version, which makes implementing and reading PDFs easier. It includes tools for signing, organizing, editing, and sharing files for signatures. What I like the most is that it allows you to compile previously signed documents without damaging them, and when edits are made to the documents, they do not alter or harm their format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The price is one of its most negative aspects, especially for professional use. Additionally, there are similar options, such as Master PDF or Quoppa PDF, which offer lifetime licenses, making them more optimal in terms of costs and software version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
