I wish that you could replace individual pages. Many of my contracts are the same on two of the three pages but I have to add form fields for all three every time I want to change hardlined pricing or options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of our recipients are familiar with Adobe, meaning that we don't have to spend time trying to educate the signers on the workflow.

Edit: The issue below was resolved. There was a misunderstanding and a strange rerouting of rerouting help attempt to the wrong department. I was contacted directly by a higher up, and he is seeing to it personally that our issue is resolved. My faith has been resolved ten fold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edit: this has been resolved. No issues on our end- in fact, once everything was resolved, the service is working even better than expected.

The sales and support aspects of this product are embarrassingly bad. I have used adobe products for years, and was excited to add this service to our workflow. I was sold on a product that was supposed to be capable of doing what we needed. Then we found that some functionality wasn't working, so I reached out to technical support for assistance. I called several times and each time waited on hold, sometimes for almost an hour, until I gave up and disconnected. Then I tried to use their chat, only to be told they needed to "escalate this case to a senior level" and that I would get a call back. No call, so I called in again, waited on hold for forever, and then hung up. Chatted again, only to be assured that they were "looking into my issue and would call me within 24 hours." three more days go by. I called AGAIN and just kept trying menu options until a live person would answer- again, I got no where. After TWO WEEKS of trying to contact them for assistance, and spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out workarounds for the issues, I got an email, not a call, saying that we needed to upgrade to a premium account.

Meanwhile, their sales reps can call me twice a day, and clog my inbox with emails.

tl;dr- I am so disappointed that a company that I have had such a pleasure working with in the past has devolved into a faceless megacorp that employs incessant sales tactics, yet does nothing for existing customers. It is absolutely baffling to me that it took several different avenues of communication, with numerous employees, over two weeks for them to respond with "give us more money" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Application integration lacked demos and or documentation in setting up the required classes. Although, this might have changed. API integration should also be available for other subscription levels within product pricing model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use. Excellent back and forth of contracts. It's locked down so the recipients can only sign and not change contracts and agreements, a big must that some other software I've used didn't have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Manage" menu item freezes and doesn't display my agreements (closed contracts). Not sure if it's a browser compatibility issue because it seems to work more often in Firefox. Pricing is also a bit steep for such a simple tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
