It is near unusable now. Basic functionality has yet to be added to the new interface. The interface is just unusable. What's hilarious is the old version worked great! It was a bit dated, but it worked fine and everything was intuitive and easy. Docusign has worked great for years; RightSignature got bought by Citrix and is not as easy to use as it used to be but still a great option. Anything but Adobe Sign. Their support also sucks, in case you were wondering. Why would it do that? So if you make a typo you have to do the entire thing again rather than modifying just one thing? - The ability to change things on the fly and not in the form. It would be nice if the individual user could change the form in the editable form rather than in the design portion. - The save portion is not great - no way to add in a file that you forgot to add in when you start. It's very safe and secure, and quite easy to get to grips with. There are plenty of handy features allowing you to simply insert different fields into your document and assign these fields to the appropriate signatories. There's also a great option called 'MegaSign' that enables you to use a sort of mail merge system to send out personalised contracts to multiple recipients with relative ease. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** Adobe Sign can be a bit clunky. It would be good if one could preview the populated document and then go back to make edits to your email message without all of your data having been erased, as this is extremely irritating and time-wasting. It would also be much better if , when using MegaSign, you could preview the document as it will look when populated to make sure that all fields are being filled in correctly. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** It is a good, easy-to-pick-up piece of software with a few minor flaws.
