It eliminates the paperwork and manual signing, which used to mean printing, scanning, emailing back and forth, or waiting days for physical signatures. Adobe Acrobat Sign removes all of that by enabling fast, fully digital signatures. I find the ease of use impressive as sending a document for signature is straightforward and recipients don't need an Adobe account to sign. Documents get signed very quickly, and features like automatic reminders and instant notifications help keep things moving. I also appreciate how it integrates with several other tools like Microsoft Office, allowing me to send documents for signature directly from Word or Outlook. What has changes after implementing Adobe Acrobat Sign with my work tools stack is the simplicity and effectiveness in managing contract signing, document form filling and contract editing before both party is signing and sealing the deal. Easy integration with Box make the document storing and auto saving edits on cloud-storage is simple, one-click upload button is what it needs to activate the features. I always meeting with client outside my office and this software is a life saver, I can produce the contract instantly on my phone or tablet, without the presence of my work laptop. Closing a deal at odd hour and place wasn't a problem anymore because the software has many option to be install, either on desktop or laptop. As for work efficiency, transforming from physical document to digital contract has reduce our operation cost and to store all our important contract on one centralize secure storage. Connect it with OneDrive integration simplify document storage management, easy to find contract back and using the automated saving features to automatically save any changes to the document. Using digital document and e-signature features help us to save more than 40% of operation cost to print-out document, 30% on time spend on each contract management, and less physical storage need because all the document is store on cloud storage.
