Various implementation option and operating system that they support make it flexible for user to use it on computer or smartphone, I use it on android phone which allow me to sign any document from anywhere. For integration, it can be connect with Google Drive for quicker document storage and faster to share document with customer. Adobe Acrobat provide a modern solution that make contract and agreement signing easy, fast with simplified tools to implement the signature on any digital document. Doesn't matter if the form don't have a special space to sign it digitally, we can add the signature manually using the saved signature. We have integrate it with Microsoft 365 which make signing process easier and can directly signing a document without have to convert to PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Sign made digital signature process easier and quicker, no need for extra add-ons or extra payment, it has already implemented along the installation with Adobe Acrobat main platform. Either to fill-up a digital form or to add signature to document, all is available on the same software, I don't have to switch to different software to use it. I use it daily to e-sign formal document like client agreement, invoice and contract before sending it to customer. Other aspect that make this software valuable is because of their customer support team that always considerate with our feedback and solving issues as soon as they receive the complaint. Singing a document using Acrobat Sign is easy and reducing time taken to legalize a document. Fast to opened from various implementation like on PC or Smartphone, quick installation and registration. I used the e-signature tools to sign contract, confirming purchase and to approve daily intakes on the petty cash. Customer support help us to expedite our integration with SharePoint, nothing much we have to do on our side as they help to connect it from their side.
