What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?

The electronic signature functionality provides a simple and intuitive experience for the end-user which has greatly accelerated our time to document completion (vs paper signatures) and added transparency to the process. The API for integration (into our in-house tool) is full-featured with rich functionality and was truly a pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?

Some of the administrative options and functionality appears quite buried in various screens and menus. The ability to manage sub-groups under a parent organization and move users between groups is not intuitive. And there does not seem to be a way for one individual in a group to easily see/share document status with all others automatically - it requires each user to submit a "Sharing" request to other users. What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our time to contract execution has gone from days to hours (or minutes, if we really push it), and the resulting contacts are clearly readable and fully electronic. All parties are able to see the status (who has signed, who has viewed, etc...) and reminders can easily be sent when a document is sitting in queue. Our management loves the ability to execute signatures from their mobile devices on the go or in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best API and Documentation"

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?

We were looking for a new esign service for our contracts and echo sign fit the bill. We do about 30k docs a year and were able to save 50% in cost over docusign and other competitors when going to echosign. When working with the API we were able to get something in to our testing environment within a day with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
