""Best tool for viewing, highlighting, and managing PDFs smoothly""
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Acrobat Reader makes it really easy to open, view, and interact with PDFs without any disturbances. I especially like the ability to highlight text, add comments, and fill out forms directly within the document. The layout is clean, the tools are easy to find, and everything works smoothly even with large files. It's also great that I can use it across different devices and pick up right where I left off. I use Adobe Acrobat Reader regularly for my personal and professional works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Some key features like editing or converting PDFs are only in the paid version, which limits what you can do for free. It’s easy to use overall, but the interface can be confusing for new users because some tools are locked. Sometimes, Customer Support could have been more better. "Effortless Document Sharing and Printing Across Japan"

Sharing documents with guests, clients, and colleagues is incredibly simple, whether by email, social networks, or various other platforms. Additionally, printing PDF documents at convenience stores throughout Japan is also extremely straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Refining documents can be challenging, and I find myself needing Adobe Illustrator to get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Industry standard – esssential part of my workflow!"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

It's the industry standard from the creators of the PDF – essential everyday use for receiving information from clients. I've been using it for over 20 years. Just the easiest way to share artwork and document files with clients and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Maybe the fact that (imho) it was kind of perfect a few years ago and some of the new features don't necessarily add to my user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flawless PDF Consistency and Security Across Devices"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

PDFs look exactly the same across devices, which is crucial for official forms, govt portals, and legal documents. Filling, validating, and submitting PDF forms (including digital signatures) works smoothly. It's super secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Basic actions like editing text, merging files, or converting PDFs require a subscription, even though competitors offer them free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Once Reliable, Now Bloated and Intrusive with Unwanted AI Features"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

It used to be quite good and fast, and by default, it supported all kinds of infinite PDF forms, many of which specifically require Acrobat Reader. I relied on it for tasks like commenting on papers and signing documents - it was my go-to tool for these purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

The Acrobat reater has become increasingly intrusive with constant prompts to 'sign up and get all the features.' Since Adobe jammed AI in the reader, it loads slower and each time I open a document forces me to look at the features I don't need (instead of work with the document), such as asking if I want AI to summarize my documents - They are documents to work with, not basis for AI slop-summary.

And it annoys with reminders about benefits of subscription to their AI cloud service. I do not want any AI features forced on me. I refuse to subscribe to Adobe Cloud, partly because Adobe is so persistent with their AI, and also because I am concerned they might use my documents, some of which are confidential , to train another AI all for someone to figure out how to fish out training data from AI back. "Reliable PDF & Document Workflow Tool for Modern Teams"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Document Cloud is a robust solution for managing, editing, and sharing PDF files across devices. The seamless integration with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign makes it easy to review and sign documents remotely — a major plus in today’s hybrid work environment. Cloud syncing is smooth, and the interface is user-friendly, especially for those familiar with Adobe products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Large files can sometimes take a bit longer to upload or render. The mobile app interface could be more responsive, and pricing may be a barrier for small teams or freelancers. More native integrations with third-party cloud storage providers outside Adobe’s ecosystem would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Acrobat Reader User Friendly Software"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Acrobat Reader is very nice at opening almost all kinds of PDFs — complex layouts, forms, mixed media content. In day-to-day life doing work like to add or modify and show the changes in documents helps to do activities smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

To Open multiple PDFs by double-clicking it fails (only the first file opens, the others don’t) or is delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
