We can also manage both environments from a single pane of glass which saves the team a lot of time. The amount of out-of-the-box reports is nothing less than impressive. Any limitations I’ve encountered have been minor and didn’t impact overall performance or usability. The most confusing part is around tokens and how they are consumed and aren't reusable if a device is retired. It just means you will need to be cautious when pricing out the solution and during initial configuration.
