"Granular Controls, No-Code Automation, and Fast Auditing Visibility with AdminDroid"
5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

AdminDroid bridges gaps that Microsoft won’t. Its granular permission controls, integrated no-code automation, approval workflows, and fast-loading auditing features provide a high level of visibility into my tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

I don’t like that there’s no native capability when hosting this on a Linux machine, and at times the feature or update notifications can feel a bit overwhelming. The pie charts and graphs are a nice touch, but they can be cumbersome in views where a table would be more appropriate and easier to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential tool for 365 monitoring and reporting, with outstanding support"
5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

As an IT consultant, we use and recommend AdminDroid to all our clients for monitoring, reporting, and alerting their Microsoft 365 tenants. It’s a comprehensive, reliable, and incredibly user-friendly solution that gives us full visibility into usage, security, and compliance—saving time and minimizing risks.

Their technical support is always prompt and highly knowledgeable, truly a strong added value. Highly recommended for anyone serious about proactively managing their 365 environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

The only minor drawback is that it’s not a cloud service — it requires installation on a dedicated server. But given the features and the value it provides, this is a small compromise. Highly recommended for anyone serious about proactively managing their 365 environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phenomenal M365 Reporting/Auditing/Management All-In-One Console - Belongs in every MSP Toolbox"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

As an MSP heavily engaged with financial services clients, we leverage AdminDroid v6.0.0.0 to provide our clients with a fast, robust, and easy-to-use single pane of glass console to report on all aspects of their M365 environments, while also using the plethora of dashboards and alerts to allow them to proactively monitor M365 in a highly efficient and effective manner. In its most recent release, AdminDroid also allows us to use that same single pane of glass to also manage the tenants without needing to bounce back and forth between ever changing Microsoft admin user interfaces to perform a task since we can now use the AdminDroid Actions toolbar to do everything.

If you're looking to manage a large number of M365 tenancies with ease and without breaking the bank, then look no further than this new release of AdminDroid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

We haven't really found any significant downsides or things we dislike about AdminDroid other than the slightly confusing licensing and token cost model they are now using. Once we had it explained to us in detail by "Robert @ AdminDroid", it made a lot more sense, but I still can't see how this model benefits anyone, especially the purchaser since it reminds me of the ever so popular way that most video and mobile games are provided for free or at a low cost and the main revenue stream comes through the sale of coins or tokens.

The only other thing I can think of that we aren't 100% fond of is that even though the AdminDroid user interface designers obviously did a remarkable job wireframing and laying out the different screens, they seem a bit cluttered based on the vast array of functionality and data that they had to pack into the interface. Dashboard design usually calls for simplicity and less information being displayed, but they obviously decided to provide masses of functionality over keeping the dashboard screens clean and organized. This can at times confuse admins that don't work with the tool on a daily basis since they forget where specific reports or data elements can be accessed and found.

All in all though, for the money and vast feature-set, AdminDroid is by far the best tool we have seen in the market. Especially when compared to some of the competitor offerings that aren't near as detailed, but cost about as much as a custom-built Maybach luxury limo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product for reporting and insights into Microsoft 365!"
5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

I love the new upgrade with the additional reporting features and especially the deep insights into Teams, Exchange and SharePoint. These will be very useful in helping to ensure users are getting the maximum use out of the Microsoft 365 suite. I found it very easy to get my clients connected and to start analyzing data for them. The ability to print PDF reports including the graphs will help create visuals for the client that they can easily understand. Customer service for the product is also very quick to respond and resolve any issues with integration or server technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

The initial implementation and sync can take a little time, but this is likely relative to the amount of users and data in the environment being synced. Other than that, I have not seen any downside to using AdminDroid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Admindroid Revolutionizes Reporting—Saves Time with Intuitive Interface and Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

As a cybersecurity professional, I often need to generate detailed reports across Microsoft 365 environments. AdminDroid has been a game-changer—it saves me hours compared to writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts. Its intuitive interface and ready-to-use reports make it incredibly efficient, allowing me to focus more on analysis and strategy rather than manual scripting.

Additionally, their customer support has been excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear they’re committed to making the user experience smooth and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

One area where AdminDroid could be even more helpful is in expanding its visibility into Power Platform components—especially inventory tracking for environments, apps, flows, and Copilot agents. Adding deeper insights here would make it an even more comprehensive tool for governance and security oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Fit for Growing IT Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

We’re a small startup with expanding IT demands, and AdminDroid has been a game-changer for us. The reporting is clear, comprehensive, and easy to navigate—it includes just about every report you could need for effective oversight and compliance.

One of the biggest wins has been the built-in PowerShell scripts. Not having to write or learn complex scripting has saved us a huge amount of time. Tasks that used to require custom scripts or manual steps are now handled with just a few clicks. It’s a massive efficiency boost for a lean IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

It would be helpful to save favorite reports or dashboards for quick access. (Maybe this exists and I just haven’t found it.)

For recurring reports, I’d love the option to overwrite the same file instead of generating new timestamped versions each time—especially for daily reports.

The tiered pricing is understandable, but it would be great to have a simple “all-in” license option if we decide to scale up later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Office 365 Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

We are an MSP and have been using AdminDroid for a number of years. The time saving on piecing together complex reports is invaluable and has saved us countless hours piecing together powershell scripts to generate meaningful reports.

Alerts, scheduled reports and the ability to have customers log in and generate their own reports has had a significant effect on lowering the number of requests coming to our helpdesk looking for this type information.

The installation is straight forward and new reports and features are been implemented all the time.

Support when requesting it is very responsive and helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

As a reporting platform it does exactly what it says it does and truth be told, I cant find anything I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Easy-to-Use Tool for Microsoft 365 Reporting and Auditing"
3/5
What do you like best about AdminDroid?

What I like best about AdminDroid is how easy it is to use while offering deep insights into Microsoft 365. The dashboards are clean and visual, making it simple to track user activity, permissions, and security settings. It saves a lot of time by turning complex reports into clear, ready-to-use information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

One thing I dislike about AdminDroid is that even in the paid version, I’m still getting upsold to "Pro Plus" for certain features. It feels frustrating to pay and then be told I need to upgrade again just to unlock tools that seem essential. It comes off as a bit of a bait-and-switch. Also, customizing reports can take a little time to figure out at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
