Although we are only just starting to use it in a productive environment, we are getting to know more and more of its really useful functions - and as an outsource IT support company, we can support more client tenants. This means that the advantage of the cloud can also be realized in this product: real enterprise services (including IT quality assurance or security aspects) can appear in small businesses, with minimal specific investment.

There are plenty of reports from the 365 environment which are easy to find, look good, and are easy to comprehend. We mostly use it for recovering licenses from disabled users, but have also found many other useful reports when trying to accomplish various tasks. It has saved us at least once. They recently removed the lowest subscription tier, combining the lower 2 subscriptions, effectively tripling our price. They gave us the new tier for free until the end of our subscription, but now we need to pay more for the same product. yes, it has more features because we're on the higher tier license, but we don't use those features which is why we didn't pay for them before. I am using Admindroid every week. What I like about it is that it makes my life easier when I am doing Microsoft 365 reporting for customers. I am able to create schedule reports that sends reports either daily, weekly or monthly. AdminDroid was a game changer for us, as a small MSP looking after many M365 tenants pulling reports became a breeze on anything you can think of in Microsoft 365. It also helps monitor security issues, with the ability to raise alerts for risk sign-ins etc. We review on a regular basis reports across all clients in the one report for potential concerns or issues.

Kind of a down side is the fact that this isn't a cloud service but I can see why, M365 only holds logs files for a short period unless running a more expensive licence and AdminDroid enables us to hold the log and audit data for as long as we decide and subject to storage availability.

AdminDroid also helps automate various review tasks which helps with Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certifications.

The developers are constantly enhancing the product and adding further functionality so great to see a product improve.

The licence model and payment process. Mainly that this is an annual subscription with no option for a monthly commitment, you can increase your licence count in a subscription period but not reduce so we have to accommodate that with billing to clients. Also payment for licence over a certain price point have to be made by international bank transfer adding to the cost of the purchase.
