**What do you like best about Admina?**

Icons are placed for each service and account, and details are displayed when the icon is pressed, making it easy to visually understand and operate.
Detailed integration guides are provided for each service, making it easy for users with little IT knowledge to follow the guides and integrate their accounts.

**What do you dislike about Admina?**

The SaaS integration guides needs to be updated on a regular basis.
Late night login notifications from 1Password and Money Forward services.

**What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system allows us to see which users in the company are using which services, as well as see retired accounts at a glance, enabling us to manage accounts efficiently.
The ability to detect SaaS usage by employees who have signed up for a SaaS service without the knowledge of IT department has led to the control of shadow ITs.
