The alerts on what my users are doing and the ability to isolate servers and desktops on my network to prevent any type of intrusion and damage to our network. Their support team is fantastic to work with and really know what they are doing. The Implementation was amazingly simple to deploy on all of my systems, and has worked really well as companion with my other solutions like our AV to have a full picture of what is going on. What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you? Being a business is hard enough having the competition of other company’s trying to all do the same kind of thing. Then you add on the Bad Actors who are working on the unseen parts of your company’s network, makes the need for companies like Adlumin that much more important. Security has become more of a necessity than a want in this time and knowing that I have Adlumin monitoring everything for me, helps me sleep better at night. Perfect solution for organizations growing into security and have no place to start. Provides proactive insights for more advanced organizations to be proactive. 24/7 SOC team that handles any concerns and works with you to be more secure. They have already caught things on our network and just knowing they are monitoring and ready to assist is very helpful. Their software is powerful and successfully integrated with everything on our network. I am impressed how easy they are to work with and regularly reach out to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. They completely understand what superb customer service means. Sometimes when I see an alert or notificaiton I get worried but to me this indicates how closely they are monitoring things from their end. We continue to tweak and improve things so that the reports can be as acurate as possible. I was concerned with false positives but even that has not been an issue. We have a better picture of our users, changes made to users, and important systems files. We feel we get good SOC service and the additional info about our users and systems is better than what we had before. We like the reports we are able to get.
