This makes it extremely flexible and adaptable in any environment. The ITDR solution is the ideal solution for clients who wish to protect their identity in the M365 environment. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** Initial difficulty in using the solution, difficulty in being autonomous in its use without the support of N-able. Learning curve too slow, perhaps a more comprehensive manual or videos illustrating how to take the first steps in using the solution would be needed. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Be more proactive in cyber risk situations, 24/7 support from N-able which provides greater coverage than we are able to offer independently. ### 4. Pricing was simple and the Support team has been extremely responsive. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** There are some nice-to-have features that aren't currently availalbe like notification customizations and the ability to modify the dashboard layout. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current EDR does not have SIEM capabilities nor does our team have the resources to monitor a SIEM. They have a robust and innovative approach to threat detection and mitigation that serves us well. The real-time monitoring and analysis which provides a comprehensive view of our security posture is great. It's nice to have the extra set of eyes and timely response for emergent situations. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** If I had to pick a frustration, it would be that the tuning of search rules and API connectors can sometimes be a challenge to massage exactly what kind of alerting and automated response out of the system. This is a challenge in any system, but is just a general point of friction if I had to choose one. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adlumin gives us 24/7 visibility into our organization's activities, which helps us proactively respond to events that we may not always be monitoring for. Especially helpful is the anomolous behavior notifications that piece together activities ina ggregate that might not always stand out. ### 8. They have improved it quite a bit since I've been a customer. Qualys for vulnerability management and patch management is pretty slick too. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** The only thing I've had issues with is vulnerability management and patch management. It took a while to get our patches working correctly, and still not sure they are all the way. My issue with VM is I was under the impression that we would get more assistance around this piece, but it's all manual except a few emails. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving us better insight around security, vulnerabilities, and patches. Adlumin also has great customer service, I've always had a great experience working with their technical engineers or customer service. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** Not a lot of downsides. I will say a small suggestion I have is that the alerts we get emailed to us could be formatted more straightforwardly to understand what the alert is about versus trying to figure it out by digging through some detailed information. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adlumin is doing an excellent job finding anomalies and sketchy events in our network, which saves me a lot of time. It is for sure benefiting our organization in terms of keeping it secure. ### 12. Adlumin is continually adding new features and products, which is always nice to know. Their support team also responds timely and works hard to fix or assist with an issue. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** Adlumin's report generating tool is difficult to run and create custom reports. I'd like to see Adluminmake improvements to their report portal. If we have 12months worth of archived data it would be nice to be able to pull reports from the full 12 months instead of only 3months. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adlumin has checked the box with our regulators for the SIEM product.
