I wanted to write about my experience when I faced an issue with our scanner not picking up on the software and we were stuck for ages, and it got solved with one call to Brandon as he was very helpful and was patient as we showed him where the issue was and got the problem solved right away by pointing out the legacy mode on the scanner. Adjutant has helped us save money and man-hours by allowing us to control every aspect of our business, from accounting, sales, production, assets, inventory, and shipping. I would say that the only thing I do notice is that when new employees come from a less rigid platform, "QuickBooks," many times, they don't understand that the rigidity in Adjutant is done intentionally to protect the company using it.
