5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like best about Adjust is its reliable attribution and clean dashboard. It makes it easy to track performance, analyze cohorts/LTV, and confidently scale campaigns thanks to strong fraud prevention and solid integrations with major ad networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

What I dislike about Adjust is that it can feel a bit complex and less flexible for deep analytics, and the pricing is relatively high compared to some alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adjust: Powerful, Reliable MMP with an Intuitive Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like best about Adjust is its powerful tracking link system, which is essential for our social media communications at FPT Play. It allows our team to generate custom tracking links for every post and video we share across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The real-time reporting is incredibly accurate, helping us see exactly how many users are clicking through from our social content to the app. This granularity is vital for optimizing our engagement strategies and ensuring our exclusive movie and TV content reaches the right audience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to pick one minor thing, the technical documentation for advanced features can be a bit dense for beginners. However, their customer support team is extremely responsive and helpful, so any integration hurdles are resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adjust Delivers Robust, Precise Mobile Attribution and Granular Post-Install Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I use Adjust daily in my role as a Marketing Content Analyst at FPT Play to track social-driven acquisition performance for our mobile app.

Our primary use case is measuring click-to-install flows from both paid and organic social media campaigns. We generate dedicated Adjust tracking links with structured parameters (campaign, adgroup, creative, content format) to differentiate performance across Facebook, TikTok, and influencer-driven traffic.

Adjust allows us to:

+ Monitor click, install, and reattribution data in one unified dashboard

+ Analyze conversion rates from social click → install

+ Break down performance by campaign and creative-level parameters

+ Validate platform-reported installs against Adjust’s attribution logic

The ability to align social tracking links with in-app events gives us clearer visibility beyond just installs. We can evaluate which social content formats drive higher downstream engagement rather than relying solely on CTR or engagement metrics.

From a reporting standpoint, Adjust serves as our single source of truth for acquisition performance, especially when platform-level data discrepancies occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Tracking setup requires disciplined parameter governance. If campaign naming conventions are not strictly standardized across teams, reporting fragmentation can occur.

Additionally, while the documentation is comprehensive, some sections related to attribution windows and advanced tracking configuration assume technical familiarity, which may require additional alignment with engineering teams during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pivot Table Reports That Make Campaign Insights Faster and Clearer"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I can choose to view reports in a pivot table, which helps me filter my campaign information faster and more clearly without having to switch tabs. It saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Sometimes it has trouble loading and fails to update data (which usually happens with Mintegral). It can take a while to get fixed because I have to contact the person in charge each time. It would really help if there were a notification explaining the issue and an estimated waiting time for it to be resolved, so I wouldn’t need to reach out to anyone. "Seamless Data Exports, Accurate Attribution, and Rock-Solid Fraud Prevention"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I love how seamless the raw data export and real-time callbacks are, which makes syncing data with our BI tools incredibly easy. The attribution is highly accurate, and their fraud prevention helps me keep our datasets clean and reliable without manual filtering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The learning curve for the newer dashboard can be a bit steep at first, and some advanced reporting features are locked behind higher-tier plans. However, once everything is set up, the data quality is so good that these minor issues don't really matter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Intuitive Dashboard for Clear User Acquisition Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

The platform’s interface is incredibly intuitive. I appreciate how the dashboard simplifies complex data sets, making it easy to visualize user acquisition sources at a glance without feeling overwhelmed by technical clutter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

I find the delayed cost reporting quite frustrating when trying to scale campaigns quickly. Waiting 12 hours for spend data to refresh is a significant bottleneck. There’s also a noticeable gap sometimes around 15-20% between the ad revenue reported in the dashboard and our actual backend numbers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Tracking URLs That Reveal Which Campaigns Drive High-Quality Installs"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I love how easy it is to create and track tracker URLs for different social campaigns. It allows me to see exactly which content pieces or influencers are driving high-quality app installs, rather than just looking at vanity metrics like likes or shares Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The social media reporting could be even better if it integrated more directly with specific platform ad managers for a side-by-side view. Also, the mobile app version of the dashboard is a bit limited for deep on-the-go analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Granular Real-Time Data That Helps Us Maximize ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

The things I love most about Adjust is the granular data it provides. It helps me compare the performance of different ad networks in real-time, allowing our team to identify which channels have the best ROI. This level of transparency has been crucial in helping us reallocate budget away from low-performing sources and toward those that actually drive growth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Sometimes the data syncing with third-party partners can have a slight delay, which makes real-time optimization a bit tricky during high-velocity campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RealTime Logs and Raw Data Export Make Release Validation Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I frequently use the realtime logs, testing tools, and raw data export during feature testing and release validation. For example, when testing new campaign tracking, deferred deep links, or onboarding funnels, Adjust allows me to quickly confirm whether events such as registration, KYC completion, first deposit, and first trade are recorded correctly. This speeds up release validation significantly because I can verify tracking behavior without relying on multiple tools or waiting for manual reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The main challenge for QA (us) is still the iOS integration. Verifying attribution in the iOS environment tends to be more complicated and less consistent than Android, which means we often spend additional time troubleshooting to ensure early events are tracked correctly. This extra debugging effort can slow down our overall QA testing and release validation process when using Adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Attribution with Accurate Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I really appreciate Adjust for its accurate attribution tracking, which helps us see which channels drive quality installs and registrations. Having all campaign data in one centralized dashboard really simplifies performance analysis, making it much easier to optimize campaigns efficiently across multiple channels. I also value the ability to use Adjust for mobile attribution and event tracking across our marketing activities, as it helps identify high-quality users and channels with the best ROI. The fact that it centralizes attribution data makes campaign tracking, reporting, and performance optimization so much more efficient. The reliable fraud prevention features and a more centralized reporting experience for managing campaigns across channels are also standout advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One area that could be improved in Adjust is the dashboard usability. Some reports and filtering options can feel a bit complex for new users, especially when managing multiple campaigns at the same time. Data synchronization can also occasionally have slight delays, which may affect real-time campaign monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
