"Efficient Attribution with Strong Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

We use Datascape daily to monitor performance reports and really appreciate its simple, clear, and customizable dashboard, which makes our analysis more efficient and effective. The support from the Adjust team has also been excellent. They are responsive, proactive, and consistently helpful in addressing any cases or challenges we face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

We see this more as an area for improvement rather than a dislike, particularly regarding data discrepancies. While this is a common industry challenge and currently remains within an acceptable threshold, further minimizing the gap would provide more precise data and help us analyze and optimize more effectively. "User-Friendly Attribution Tracking with Real-Time Campaign Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

The most valuable aspect of Adjust will undoubtedly be its attribution tracking technology, which helps us evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns.

However, along with its allocation technology, Adjust has several upside advantages compared to other MMPs:

The interface is very user-friendly: Training new marketing staff to use Adjust will be very easy and take little time.

Attaching custom events is also very easy whenever we ask the development team to attach them according to marketing requirements.

Regarding Adjust pricing: You can discuss this with the adjust account managers, and getting a discount is entirely possible.

Connecting Adjust with advertising networks is also quite easy, requiring only a few clicks in Campaign Lab

Data on campaign performance is received in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One of the issues with Adjust that affected my user experience is that, perhaps in Southeast Asia, report loading can sometimes be a bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Attribution, Essential for Game Developers"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I use Adjust primarily for mobile game analytics and attribution tracking. It helps me understand where users are coming from, which campaigns are performing best, and how users behave after installing the game. I find it essential for monitoring key metrics like retention, user engagement, and ROI, which are crucial for optimizing marketing strategies and improving overall app performance. What I like the most about Adjust is its reliability and accuracy in attribution data. As a game developer, having trustworthy data is crucial for making decisions about user acquisition and monetization, and Adjust consistently delivers that. Additionally, it felt like one of the easiest SDK integrations I've worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One area that could be improved is the dashboard performance and usability when handling large datasets. At times, it can feel a bit slow or less responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adjust: A convenient and effective tool for UA marketers"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

As I work as an UA marketer, I use Adjust very frequently because it is so helpful for tracking campaign data. I am able to optimize all project channels, including Mintegral, Google Ad, Applovin, and more, thanks to this data, which is updated daily and very fast. In addition, all of the information on Adjust is clearly defined, helping me to analyze accurate data and build smart dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Currently, I can only download data in CSV format, which sometimes requires me to take an extra step to convert the format. Therefore, I hope to be able to download data from Adjust to Excel or Google Sheets so that I can save time when using the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly UI, Reliable Tracking, and Strong Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I find Adjust’s UI/UX quite user-friendly and easy to use. The main dashboard gives you most of what you need without feeling too cluttered. Adjust supports a ton of integrations with ad networks and other tools, so it fits well into most marketing setups. Setting things up is usually straightforward, especially if you follow their docs

Overall, performance is solid. Tracking is reliable and data feels accurate most of the time. Reports load fairly quickly, and real-time data works well enough for day-to-day use

In term of supporting from AM, it been pretty good in my experience. Their documentation is detailed, and onboarding is fairly smooth, especially for basic setup; and when it comes to issues I’ve generally had a good experience getting the help I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Sometimes the data was delayed, but it was fixed very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Attribution Platform for UA, Product, and Monetization Optimization"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like best about Adjust is its accurate attribution, strong cohort analysis, and reliable event tracking capabilities. It helps our team clearly understand user acquisition performance across channels and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, retention, and LTV signals.

The platform is also easy to integrate with mobile apps and ad partners, which makes it very efficient for teams working with multiple UA and monetization channels. The dashboard is intuitive enough for daily use, and the raw data exports are useful for deeper product and revenue analysis.

Another strong point is the customer support and technical guidance. The team is responsive whenever we need help with tracking validation, attribution issues, or partner setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One area that could be improved is the dashboard customization and reporting flexibility. Some advanced views still require exporting data instead of allowing easier visualization directly inside the platform.

For non-technical stakeholders, certain attribution or cohort reports can feel a bit complex at first, so there is a small learning curve before teams can fully utilize all available features.

That said, once the implementation is complete, the platform performs very reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Mobile Attribution with Clear Insights and Strong Fraud Prevention"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

Adjust stands out for its reliable mobile attribution and user-friendly dashboard. It provides clear insights into campaign performance, making it easy to track ROI and optimize user acquisition. I also appreciate its strong fraud prevention capabilities and seamless integration with major ad networks and analytics tools. Overall, it helps streamline data analysis and supports better decision-making for mobile growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Adjust can feel quite complex to set up and fully utilize, especially for smaller teams or new users. Some advanced features require a steep learning curve, and the dashboard occasionally lacks flexibility for deep custom analysis compared to raw data tools. Additionally, pricing can be relatively high, particularly for scaling apps, and delays or discrepancies in attribution data may sometimes make real-time decision-making more challenging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly Interface That Makes User Acquisition Insights Fast and Clean"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What impressed me most about Adjust is its user-friendly and easy-to-understand interface. Everything is logically and clearly organized, so I can immediately understand where my users are coming from without spending too much time checking data. This saves me time to optimize the project and further improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

There are a few aspects I'm not entirely happy with regarding the current adjustments. Data isn't updated immediately; the system needs time to retrieve data from the ad network, making real-time budget tracking and adjustments much more difficult. Additionally, Adjust sometimes prolong user loops, making it difficult for me to measure project and campaign performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, User-Friendly Dashboard That Makes User Sources Easy to See"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like most about Adjust is how clean and user-friendly the dashboard feels. It makes it easy to quickly see where users are coming from, without having to dig through overly complicated reports or confusing layouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One downside is that data syncing isn’t always immediate. In some cases, platform spend data can be delayed by up to 12 hours, which makes real-time budget monitoring harder. I’ve also noticed that the ad revenue figures aren’t always fully accurate, with occasional gaps of around 20% compared to our internal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Fast Channel-Level Reporting That Makes Optimization Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

The channel-level breakdown is incredibly useful for day-to-day decision making. I manage campaigns across TikTok, Google Ads, and Facebook simultaneously, and Adjust lets me see all the key metrics — installs, spend, revenue, clicks, purchases — side by side without switching tabs. The dashboard is clean enough that I can spot problems in seconds. For example, if a channel is burning budget with no installs, I catch it immediately instead of discovering it at the end of the week Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

I wish Adjust offered deeper creative-level and ad group-level breakdowns directly in the platform. Right now I can see that TikTok drove 46K installs, but if I want to know which specific ad set or creative performed best, I still have to go back to TikTok Ads Manager. That extra step slows down optimization. Also, some channels show up as 'Unknown Devices' with minimal data, which makes full-funnel analysis incomplete and forces me to investigate manually.
