"Real-Time Data Boosts Marketing Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

As a marketer, I love how Adjust helps me to optimize marketing campaigns by metrics, dimensions, and users. It acts as an all-in-one tool with an overview dashboard for all marketing activities. I particularly like the real-time data, which allows me to see revenue by campaign promptly, enabling faster decision-making. I also appreciate how I can boost mediation revenue via the ad_impression event and break out many dimensions in the dashboard by country, channels, and date. The support was very helpful when I first set it up, guiding me through the process and making it easy to use now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Insights That Help Me Scale Campaigns with Confidence"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

As a user acquisition marketer working in both mobile apps and mobile games, I really appreciate Adjust’s near real-time data tracking. Campaign data is updated very quickly and is relatively consistent with core sources like AdMob and Firebase, which helps me confidently monitor performance.

This real-time capability allows me to quickly control and optimize campaigns, adjust setups efficiently, and detect early signals to scale or pause campaigns. This is a huge advantage for UA marketers who need to make fast, data-driven decisions.

I also really like the dashboard and overall UI. The data is clearly presented at the campaign level, making it easy to read and analyze. The layout is intuitive, well-structured, and professional, which significantly improves my daily workflow.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One issue I’ve noticed is the discrepancy in revenue tracking, especially for IAP data from Firebase and ad revenue from AdMob, which can differ by around 10–20%. Improving the accuracy of this would help increase trust when optimizing for ROAS.

Additionally, while the UI is already strong, it would be even better if more granular data were available, such as country-level performance and conversion values at the ad group level.

Another missing feature is automated alerts. It would be very helpful to receive notifications when campaigns show unusual behavior, such as sudden spikes in spend or campaigns being paused due to policy issues. This would allow better monitoring even when not actively checking the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Campaign Tracking with a Clear, Insightful Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I’ve been using Adjust mainly to track performance across different ad networks, and overall, it’s been pretty reliable. I usually check the dashboard every morning to get a quick sense of how campaigns are doing, especially installs and ROAS for our US traffic. What I like is that I don’t need to dig too much to find the key metrics; everything is quite straightforward once you get used to it.

We run mostly US campaigns, so having a single place to compare performance across channels saves me a lot of time. I also use the Audience Builder occasionally when testing different segments, and it’s been helpful for quick iterations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One thing that could be better is the UI speed in some cases. It’s generally fine, but when I’m managing users or trying to give access to partners, it can feel a bit slow or not as smooth as expected. I’ve had a few moments where adding a new user took longer than it should. It’s not a deal breaker, but definitely something I hope they improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Reliable Real-Time Data That Simplifies Campaign Optimization"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

Honestly, I like how clear and reliable the data is. It’s easy to see which campaigns are actually working without digging too much. The real-time dashboard is super helpful since I can quickly tweak things instead of waiting.

Also, the fraud detection is a big plus—it makes me trust the numbers more. Overall, it just makes tracking and optimizing campaigns way less complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One thing I don’t like is that every time I change a metric or switch between variants in the dashboard, the page has to reload. It kind of breaks the flow when I’m analyzing data and makes things feel less smooth, especially when comparing multiple metrics.

It would be much better if these changes could update instantly (without a full reload), so the experience feels faster and more seamless when working with the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Attribution and Anti-Fraud with User-Friendly Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

The best thing about Adjust is the reliability of its attribution data. It gives us a clear picture of our ROAS by identifying the right user sources. The platform is very user-friendly, and whenever we're stuck, the detailed documentation provides the answers we need instantly. I also love the peace of mind that comes with their anti-fraud features. Combined with a straightforward reporting system, it’s easily the most efficient MMP I’ve used so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

While Adjust is a premium tool, its pricing can be quite steep for smaller startups or when scaling rapidly. The cost-per-install model adds up quickly, which might be a barrier for teams with tighter budgets. However, you definitely get what you pay for in terms of data quality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adjust’s Fast, Practical Support Made Onboarding Smooth"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like best about Adjust is the quality of their support. From the setup stage to later issues that came up during actual use, the team was responsive and helpful. What stood out most was that the support was not only fast, but also practical. They understood mobile game marketing use cases well, and the examples or case-based guidance they shared were relevant to our day-to-day work. That made onboarding smoother and problem-solving much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

What I dislike most about Adjust is that data from some ad networks can occasionally come back more slowly than expected. This does not happen across everything, but I have seen it with certain networks such as Mintegral. I understand that this is not always fully under Adjust’s control, since part of it depends on the partner network side as well. Still, when we need quick checks for campaign decisions, delayed data can be a bit inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Data Consolidation, but Dashboard Speed Needs Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I find most valuable is the consolidated reporting interface. I can access almost all critical data points and campaign performances within a single page view. This 'all-in-one' dashboard approach is a huge time-saver for our team, as it eliminates the need to jump between different tabs or sub-menus to get a holistic view of our marketing efforts. It makes daily monitoring much more efficient and allows for quicker data-driven decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

There are several technical and UI/UX areas that need improvement:

Performance: The dashboard loading speed is quite sluggish. It often takes too much time to render reports, which can be frustrating during fast-paced work sessions.

Lack of Flexibility: I’m disappointed that we cannot create custom metrics. We are limited to the default options, which doesn't always align with our specific internal tracking needs.

iOS Data Discrepancy: Since the privacy updates, the data accuracy for iOS hasn't been reliable, making it difficult to optimize campaigns for Apple users effectively.

Confusing Setup UI: The integration process for Android and iOS is not clear. Because they are often grouped together in the interface, it's hard to distinguish which network channels are connected to which specific OS.

Information Overload: Sometimes the reports feel over-complicated with redundant data that we don't actually need, making the interface feel cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adjust’s Dashboard Makes Marketing Optimization Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I have to check reports and dashboards on Adjust everyday due to my work as a User Acquisition Marketing professional. So, I truly appreciate Adjust's "user acquisition" dashboard tool, which includes charts that perfectly match my marketing optimization requirements. This allows me to quickly grab a project overview and make the best decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

I can now easily view marketing metrics for each campaign, including CPI, installs, costs, revenue, etc. I haven't been able to view the creative data for my campaigns, though. It would be much better, in my opinion, if Adjust could track the effectiveness of creative marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Attribution with Robust Fraud Prevention"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I primarily use Adjust as our MMP to monitor our mobile games' performance. The pinpoint attribution accuracy stands out to me because I can fully trust the data I'm seeing, which is crucial in making real-time scaling decisions for our games. It's a game-changer as it provides a clear, reliable source of truth, removing noise and allowing me to focus on the creatives or channels truly delivering value. I appreciate that Adjust eliminates attribution guesswork, prevents ad fraud by filtering fake installs, and its consistent data matches our internal logs. The clean, user-friendly interface alongside detailed documentation makes setting up new campaigns and pulling reports much easier without technical headaches. I also love that the integration process is seamless with other tools, and their well-structured documentation simplified the initial SDK integration for our developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One thing that could be improved is the dashboard performance. Occasionally, the interface feels a bit sluggish or slow to load, especially when I'm trying to pull large data sets or switch between different filters quickly. In a fast-paced environment where I need to make real-time decisions for our games, these loading lags can be a bit frustrating. Improving the platform's overall speed and responsiveness would definitely make the daily experience much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
