"Friendly UI, Fast Integrations, and Helpful Support for Growth Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

Best for Growth team's report. I used 3 layer for performance report, include: from platform ads, Adjust and internal team. On some seasonal, we use data from Adjust for key metric to optimized

Friendly UI/UX, all our new team member dont need to spend much time to learn to use Adjust dashboard.

Intergration fast, easy and exactly. We usually test with new partner each year but we have ever never meet any difficult.

I think Adjust's performance quite good. Sometimes I saw report lag (white dashboard) but not much, and didn't effect to our workloads.

Price is good for start up like us

Support team so friendly and helpful. We have group on telegram to discuss about issue, new update, sometimes I text 1:1 with AM and received many support from her.

I haven’t really explored many of Adjust’s automation/AI features yet. Honestly, if there weren’t red dot indicators on the dashboard, I probably wouldn’t even notice some of them. As for email updates, it’s quite easy for me to miss them because there’s already a huge amount of information coming in every day. But I’m definitely interested in learning more and trying to apply these features in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

I’ve rarely meet major issues throughout the years of using Adjust. Occasionally there are some minor issues, but the AM team has always been very supportive and responsive in helping us find solutions together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data-Driven Performance Monitoring Backed by Responsive Partnership"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

We rely on Datascape to streamline our performance monitoring across multiple channels, thanks to its user-friendly and flexible dashboard that simplifies reporting and analysis. The platform enables us to evaluate results more effectively and respond faster to changing campaign needs. The Adjust team has also been an outstanding partner throughout, consistently offering proactive support and practical solutions whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

We view data discrepancy as an opportunity for continued improvement. Even though the variance remains within a reasonable and industry-accepted threshold, achieving closer alignment across datasets would help increase confidence in reporting and support more effective optimization efforts. "Accurate Attribution and Seamless Integration with Adjust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I use Adjust primarily for mobile attribution and tracking user acquisition campaigns for my mobile puzzle game. I like best about Adjust is how transparent and reliable their attribution data is - it gives me absolute confidence in the data, ensuring we aren't paying for fraudulent installs or double-counted conversions. The platform is quite intuitive, so I can quickly dig into insights without relying too much on technical teams. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we use, like our internal BI and Firebase, which makes analysis smoother. It saves me a lot of time and helps me focus more on strategy rather than data wrangling. The initial setup was quite straightforward, and the documentation for mobile platforms is excellent. I heavily integrate Adjust with our core development and analytics stack, especially Unity and Firebase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One thing I don't like about Adjust is that some advanced features can feel a bit complex to navigate at first. The reporting customization could also be more flexible, especially when trying to tailor views for different stakeholders. Additionally, the data sometimes has slight delays, which can be frustrating when you need near real time insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Cross-Channel Insights with Trusted Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

Datascape has become an essential tool in our daily workflow, helping us track and analyze performance data through an intuitive and customizable dashboard. Its centralized reporting system allows us to work more efficiently and make data-driven decisions with greater confidence. We also value the strong support from the Adjust team, who are always responsive, collaborative, and quick to assist whenever issues or questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One aspect that could still be enhanced is the level of data consistency across reports. While the current variance is understandable and still falls within industry benchmarks, reducing these discrepancies further would improve data accuracy and enable deeper, more reliable performance analysis. "Great Event Tracking Tool, but Tricky iOS Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

As a QA, I've found Adjust to be a huge help for tracking events and understanding which buttons and pages we can test and track. It gives us clear, real-time visibility into whether our in-app events are firing correctly during the testing phase. The testing console is highly reliable, making it easy to verify data payloads and ensure our attribution logic works perfectly before releasing updates to production Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The biggest downside for us is the iOS integration process. Validating the attribution setup in iOS environments can be difficult and inconsistent, especially compared to Android. It often takes extra debugging time to capture the initial events correctly, which ends up slowing down our overall QA testing cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable tracking and fraud protection that saves your budget."
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like most about Adjust is how it clearly shows which ads are actually bringing in real customers, so you don't have to guess where your money is going. It is great at filtering out fake traffic and bots, which keeps your data honest and saves you from wasting your budget. The platform is straightforward and reliable, making it much easier to see what is working and what isn't without any confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The biggest downside is the steep learning curve, as the interface can feel overwhelming and complicated for new users to navigate. The pricing is also quite high compared to other tools, often making it expensive for smaller teams or startups with limited budgets. Additionally, setting up the more advanced tracking features can be technically difficult and usually requires a lot of help from a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Mobile Attribution, Though. Pricing Can Be Steep"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I appreciate most about Adjust is its reliability and transparency in attribution. Unlike other platforms that can feel like a black box, Adjust provides clean, accurate data that I can actually trust when making budget decisions. The Datascape interface is also a major highlight; it’s intuitive and allows me to visualize complex KPIs and spend data in one place without constant manual exporting. Ultimately, it feels like a tool built for performance marketers who value data integrity and efficiency over flashy, unnecessary features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

Adjust can be quite intimidating for beginners due to its steep learning curve and highly technical documentation. The pricing is premium, and it often feels like you are being nickeled and dimed because essential tools, like fraud prevention, are typically sold as expensive add-ons. Additionally, customer support response times can be slow, which is frustrating when you need an immediate fix for a live campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Uncompromising Data Accuracy and Transparent Attribution with Adjust"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

What I like best about Adjust is its uncompromising data accuracy and transparent attribution logic. In an industry filled with fragmented data, Adjust provides a single source of truth that allows our team to scale campaigns with confidence. The platform’s ability to filter out noise and provide clean, real-time insights ensures that we are allocating our budget based on actual performance rather than guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

While Adjust offers premium features, the pricing model can be quite steep for smaller startups or apps just beginning to scale. The cost-per-install (CPI) based pricing means that as you grow, your expenses increase significantly, which requires very careful budget management to ensure the ROI remains positive. "Adjust Brings Clarity to App Installs and Campaign Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I started using Adjust because I was so confused about where my app users where coming from. Now I know exactly where every install comes from. For example:

- Which campaign brings real paying users

- Which creatives actually convert

- Which channels are just wasting budget

After using Adjust, we can see more clear about traffic source, refine quality of user and better control of app campaign as well as scale campaign with more confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

The dashboard feels a bit overwhelming, especially in the beginning.

Took me a while to really understand what I’m looking at.

Beside, pricing is a bit expensive for small team like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, Transparent Attribution That Powers Smarter Marketing Decisions"
5/5
What do you like best about Adjust?

I like Adjust most for its accurate and transparent attribution, which is critical for financial businesses where every conversion matters. It helps us clearly understand user behavior across channels and optimize our marketing spend efficiently. The fraud prevention features also give us confidence in the quality of our data. Overall, it supports smarter, data-driven growth decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adjust?

One downside of Adjust is that the dashboard can feel complex and not very intuitive at first. It sometimes takes time to customize reports exactly the way we need. The pricing can also be relatively high compared to some alternatives. Additionally, real-time data updates are not always as fast as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
